| This study attempts to introduce the concepts of "digital knowledge worker" and "involution" in labor sociology from the perspective of labor control theory and precarious jobs research.Starting from the dimension,it explores the production mechanism of overtime labor represented by the 996 working system in the Internet industry.And analyze the obedience and resistance of digital knowledge workers in the process of overtime,and how to generate anxious self.The main chapters are the following three parts: The second chapter discusses how the Internet industry creates anxiety and forms a "buyer advantage" for labor exploitation by analyzing the access mechanism and competition status of Internet companies.The third chapter discusses the production mechanism of overtime labor,including the production mechanism of overtime work such as standardized management,cultural control,and the differentiation of time power,at the enterprise level;the reproduction of overtime labor caused by the external environment of precarious jobs;The construction and internalization of rationality form an introverted overtime competition situation driven by "self-alienation".The fourth chapter is about relief,mobility and departure after overtime work,and discusses the compensatory entertainment and recreation of knowledge workers after overtime work,as well as onedimensional career planning.Finally,on the basis of the above discussion,this study further reflects on how modern individuals in the risk society form an anxious "self" under the dual dilemma of overwork and precarious jobs,and further divides the anxiety types of knowledge workers in Internet companies. |
