With the advancement of the rule of law in an all-round way,the content of rule of law education,as a subsystem of the content of ideological and political textbooks,plays an important role in the integration of ideological and political textbooks.Therefore,strengthening the integration of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political in primary,secondary and undergraduate schools is not only an inevitable requirement to improve the effect of the rule of law education,but also an inherent need to promote the integration of the teaching materials of ideological and political courses in primary,secondary and undergraduate schools.Based on the content of rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary school to university,this paper takes the content of rule of law education contained in ideological and political textbooks as the main research object,and studies the integrated construction of rule of law education content in ideological and political courses inprimary schools,middle schools and universities.This helps to enrich the theoretical results of the integration of ideological and political textbooks in primary and secondary schools and the theoretical system of the content of rule of law education,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses,and then improve students ’ rule of law literacy and promote the construction of a country ruled by law.First of all,through the analysis of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities,this paper finds that there are some problems in the integration of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities,such as simple repetition,inversion,fault and improper arrangement of expression.Secondly,through the interview method,the reasons for the dilemma are explored from four aspects : the arrangement of educational content lacks the grasp of the students ’ learning situation in each section,the construction of the rule of law education teachers in ideological and political courses needs to be improved,the construction of the rule of law education content in ideological and political courses from primary school to university lacks more scientific planning,and the integrated support guarantee mechanism has not been perfected.Finally,according to the analysis of the problems and causes,it is proposed that the integrated construction of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities follows the four principles of the combination of the instrumentality of the law and the value orientation of the ideological and political courses,the unity of diversity and systematicness,the balance between politics and readability,and the equal emphasis on the times and science,as well as in-depth understanding of the law of student development,scientific improvement of the integrated governance structure of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities,and optimization of the content of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses from primary schools to universities. |
