Teaching practice ability is the core ability of full-time PE teaching master.This article takes the training programs in the field of physical education in 42 colleges and universities as the starting point,Compare and analyze the existing problems and reasons of the cultivation of teaching practice ability of full-time physical education majors,It aims to focus on the practical demands of the development of basic education,To explore the deficiencies in the training of teaching practice ability,Connect the development needs of the master of physical education,Find out the optimization strategy for training their teaching practice ability,As far as this article is concerned,on the one hand,it can enrich the relevant theoretical achievements in the cultivation of the teaching practice ability of full-time physical education master students;On the other hand,it is beneficial for 42 colleges and universities to improve the cultivation of teaching practice ability of full-time postgraduate students majoring in physical education.This paper reviews the literature at home and abroad from five aspects,including the connotation and constituent elements of teaching practice ability,Comprehensive use of literature,text analysis,interview and comparative research,This paper makes an in-depth study on the cultivation of the teaching practice ability of the full-time master of physical education in 42 colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)At the level of training objectives: the three types of colleges and universities highlight the cultivation of high-level application-oriented sports professionals,of which the normal and comprehensive colleges and universities emphasize the cultivation of sports teachers.The three types of colleges and universities all attach importance to the practical ability of full-time masters of physical education.In the process of training their teaching practice ability,standardization should be realized while concretization should be realized.(2)At the level of curriculum setting: the curriculum setting mainly answers the question of "how to cultivate the teaching practice ability of full-time PE teaching master".The curriculum structure of physical education and normal colleges is divided into public courses,core courses in teaching field,optional courses and practical links.The curriculum structure of comprehensive colleges is divided into compulsory courses(public compulsory courses,professional compulsory courses,practical courses),optional courses(public optional courses,professional optional courses)and practical links.Among them,the proportion of credits for core courses and compulsory courses in professional fields is the highest.The distribution of theoretical courses and practical courses is uneven.(3)At the level of practical teaching: practical teaching has obvious "practical" characteristics,with ability training as the core.The form of teaching practice is basically unified,including educational internship,educational practice and educational study,which are completed by combining centralized practice and segmented practice.The evaluation method is combined with the evaluation of the tutor and the evaluation of the internship unit.(4)The cultivation of the teaching practice ability of the full-time master’s degree in physical education teaching shows the following characteristics: the cultivation goal focuses on the application type,the curriculum setting focuses on the combination of theory and practice,the cultivation method implements the dual-supervisor system,and the cultivation of teaching practice ability has differences,dynamics and applicability.Finally,through the analysis of the training program,and supplemented by the interview method,the following conclusions are reached:Conclusion 1: There is a lack of characteristic and concrete training objectives in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of full-time physical education majors;The curriculum lays stress on theory and neglects practice;The distribution of theoretical courses is unreasonable,and the theory and practice are separated;The double-tutor system is not really implemented;The educational practice is short and there is a tendency of formalization.Conclusion 2: The existing problems in the cultivation of the teaching practice ability of the full-time master of physical education can be attributed to the following reasons: lack of ideological understanding,the lack of "professional" master;The curriculum is limited,and the cultivation of "application type" is not prominent;The concept of mentors is weak,and the implementation of "double mentors" is not in place;There are not enough tutors,and the effectiveness of practical teaching is not high;Lack of effective assessment mechanism.Conclusion 3: Propose to ensure the diversification of the main body of training program formulation;Promote the deep integration of theoretical and practical courses;Extend the duration of educational practice and ensure practical teaching;Implement the "double tutor" system and strengthen the communication and exchange between tutors;Establish five strategies for improving the evaluation mechanism to optimize the cultivation of the teaching practice ability of full-time physical education majors in 42 colleges and universities.
