For the training of high-level and applied talents,our country has set up the sports professional master degree in 2005,after ten years of development,the sports professional master degree postgraduate enrollment scale expands gradually,especially in the field of physical education has reached more than half of the total.However,the process of rapid development of professional master education in many problems in gradually exposed,such as the master ability,teachers’ ability and quality to enhance the quality of talent,the employer is not satisfactory,unreasonable curriculum,education mode need to be improved,professional practice ability is weak and so on.According to relevant information after the inquiry found that the study on teaching practice to enhance the ability of the study is relatively small,in order to better serve the large,primary school delivers excellent postgraduate talent,explore the m.p.e professional degree teaching practice ability,which has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the study of Physical Education Master degree students in Hunan province to enhance the ability of teaching practice as the object of study,Hunan University,Hunan Normal University,Hunan University of Technology,Jishou University sports professional master degree students teaching practice ability as the investigation object.Using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and on-the-spot investigation,the results show that: 1,the Hunan province sports study master the teaching practice ability of great influence on his employment.The social teaching practice ability of college sports professional master degree of the high degree of demand,especially the ability of classroom teaching;there is a certain gap between the 2,in Hunan province sports professional master degree students teaching practice ability and social demand,lack of teaching practice ability,especially the ability of teaching design and classroom teaching ability.3,the impact factors of Hunan province sports specialized graduate teaching practical ability mainly graduate enrollment system is not reasonable,the curriculum is not reasonable,management loose,bad influence part of my tutor,practice postgraduate education is weak,their expectations are too high,and decreased their comprehensive quality lazy learning attitude.Aiming at the existing problems and puts forward some constructive suggestions: put forward to enhance the practical ability of physical education of sports master’s degree in Hunan Province students,mainly from the ways,methods and means of clear training objectives;optimization of curriculum;strengthening textbooks construction;strengthen the construction of supervisor team;improve the ability of guiding and practical teaching ability tutor;improving teaching methods;strengthen educational practice;to improve the personnel training mode;the good quality of students;the graduate students realized the importance of teaching practical ability and improve self consciousness itself;establish and improve the practice teaching base. |
