Batchelor formulated by the state council through interpretation of the full-timemaster of education degree graduate instructional cultivation plan, full-time master ofeducation degree graduate training goal is to enable primary and secondary schoolteachers to have a good command of the modern education theory, posses the strongability of education teaching practice.In the notice under the background of"practicality" and "professional", in the short time of the school learning, to putfresh graduates the teaching practice experience which is qualified for relatededucation teaching work and enables them to solve the practical problems in theeducation teaching is almost an "impossible task".The training objectives of modern education technology professional full-timemaster of education is training primary and secondary school teacher,. However, theyalso face the delimma of the lackness of experience in teaching practice. Investigationshows that, due to the class restrictions, restrictions on classroom teaching, and manyother factors, the normal teaching and curriculum,can not ensure the full-time masterof education graduate the ability to teaching in practice. In limited time, how to makeuse of existing conditions to cultivate and improve the teaching practice of themodern education technology professional full-time master will becomes one of theimportant aspects for us to explore.This study combined with qualitative research and quantitative research methods,mainly uses the literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, interviews and othermethods for the following several aspects work:(1) Through the collection, sorting and analysis, discussion and primary andmiddle school information technology teacher’s teaching ability related theory and research, summarizing the primary and middle school information technologyteachers teaching ability structure of the initial scale. On this basis, the researchermade interviews and discussions, modified the result, adjust the structure of the scale,formed the final scale and questionnaire.(2) According to the Jinan HuaiYin subjects in primary and middle schoolinformation technology teachers,.The researcher understanded the current work in theteaching front line subjects in primary and middle school information technologyteachers’ teaching ability. The researcher of modern education technology professionalfull-time master of education in the form of seminars tried to understand theirteaching ability and a good elementary and middle schools information technologysubject of the gap between teachers’ teaching ability.(3) According to the structure of primary and middle school informationtechnology and teacher’s teaching ability of the scale and master of modern educationand technology education present situation of the teaching ability and their needs, inview of the present information technology teacher’ training site deficiency, theresearcher developed a dedicated full-time master’s professional degree education,direction of modern education technology graduate student’s teaching practice abilitytraining system and put into application, and its application effect has carried on thepreliminary analysis and discussion.The purpose of this paper is to develop a targeted full-time master’s professionaldegree education and provide direction of modern education technology graduatestudents’ teaching practice ability training system,what’s more, improve the ability ofthe modern education technology professional full-time master of education, playspecial skill, make up the shortfall, and lay asolid foundation of education teachingwork for the future.
