With the vigorous development of education in China,the orderly introduction of education policies,and the steady progress of the march towards a strong education country,the quality of basic education has attracted significant attention from all walks of life.As we all know,primary education’s development quality is related to basic education’s development quality.Culturing a master’s degree in primary education is related to national education’s high-quality and sustainable development.However,as a distinctive document,the systematic,scientific,reasonable,and comprehensive talent cultivation program is the key to the quality of cultivation and development of primary education discipline.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cultivation program for a master’s degree in elementary education in colleges and universities,to investigate the components of the cultivation program,and to analyze the characteristics and rules of its teaching contents and cultivation links.This paper adopts the literature method,comparative analysis method,text analysis,and other methods.Through the analysis and comparison of text content in terms of trai ning objectives,curriculum setting,practical teaching implementation,etc.,it is found t hat the training programs for postgraduates in primary education in different institutions have both commonalities and individual characteristics of the school.The comparative analysis found that the main problems in the training programs of the 24 colleges and un iversities are as follows: the first is that the positioning of training goals is not precise e nough and lacks school-based characteristics;the second is that the definition of course categories is relatively vague,and the homogeneity is relatively serious;the third is that the orientation of practical teaching goals is not clear,and lacks scientific management a nd evaluation;the forth is that the rights and responsibilities of the dual-tutor system in t he training method are not clear,and there is a lack of innovation in the teaching method;the fifth is that not enough attention is paid to the mid-term assessment in the quality as sessment,and the quality of the dissertation is difficult to guarantee.In order to improve the existing training program for primary school education pos tgraduates,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: The first is to accura tely locate the training goals and cultivate the talents needed for basic education;the sec ond is to optimize the curriculum setting and highlight the characteristics of the courses;the third is to improve the implementation guidelines of practical teaching and compreh ensively monitor the practice process;the fourth is to innovate the training method to ac hieve high-quality training;The fifth is to construct a scientific and reasonable primary education quality evaluation system. |
