| In order to better train postgraduate students majoring in physical education,the School of Physical Education of the Minzu University of China has put the concept of "unity of knowledge and practice" through the whole process of talent training.Under the concept of "unity of knowledge and practice",the cultivation of sports master students is divided into two aspects:"knowledge"theoretical literacy and "practice"-practical ability.This research uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study the training plan of the master’s degree of physical education of the Minzu University of China,analyzes the training objectives,curriculum structure,practice arrangement and other contents,based on the problems,puts forward optimization countermeasures,in order to provide reference basis for the reform of the master’s degree of physical education of the Minzu University of China.The research results show that:1.The theoretical courses account for a large proportion in the curriculum of the Master of Physical Education in our school,and the practical courses are few,lacking the training of multi-special sports ability;The elective courses are not perfect,and there are duplication and waste of resources;Foreign language courses are difficult;2.In terms of practice,there are few contacts with off-campus practice bases and practice instructors;At the same time,there is no perfect system for the practice assessment of master of physical education,and the practice assessment of graduate students is not deep enough by the practice units;3.Academic and thesis aspects.There is little difference between the form and evaluation criteria of the thesis and the academic graduate degree thesis;The knowledge-action forum has a good effect,but it is not targeted at the third grade students;4.In terms of special training,our school’s master of physical education training has no supervision.1.It should be career oriented and take the improvement of sports technical ability and teaching practice skills as the basis of curriculum design.Let students have the right to choose their own courses according to their own weaknesses,so as to make up for their own shortcomings;Increase the practical courses of motor skills,and add the mid-term and final teaching and motor skills assessment in the course assessment;2.Practice.Strengthen the communication and cooperation with primary and secondary schools,so that the Master of Physical Education of our school can selectively practice,strengthen the control of the practice process,and enrich the evaluation means of practice activities;3.Academic and thesis aspects.Add the defense link of the academic year paper,promote students to take the academic year paper seriously,and add more academic reports on employment and statistics for the third grade students.4.Special training.Establish a team of special training teachers to carry out assessment system training. |
