As labor education is getting more and more attention,exploring the integration of labor education with geography and other subjects is the trend of "Integration of the Five Education" teaching reform in the new era.The current policy system and curriculum standards related to labor education are not perfect,while there is less research on the integration of labor education and high school geography teaching,and there are problems such as lack of effective labor process and teaching evaluation.Based on the background of talent cultivation needs and educational teaching reform in the new era,this study focuses on the research theme of "integration of labor education and geography teaching in high school",and designs and practices the "Farming and Research Plan" to provide methodological and practical guidance for the integration of labor education and geography teaching in secondary schools,so as to cultivate a well-rounded human being.This study used the literature analysis method to sort out the current status of research on labor education in schools and to define and analyze relevant concepts and theories;used the interview method and questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze the views and suggestions of front-line geography teachers and teaching implementation targets;used the system analysis method to systematically analyze the necessity of integrating labor education and high school geography teaching,teaching principles,general problems and solutions,and teaching evaluation;used the case study method to design and practice the "Farming and Research Plan",which provides an implementation model and concrete practical guidance for integrating labor education and high school geography teaching.The practical results show that: it is necessary to integrate labor education and high school geography teaching;the "Farming and Research Plan" is one of the effective ways to integrate labor education and high school geography;the results-oriented education theory is feasible and forward-looking for guiding the integration of labor education and high school geography;the teaching design and implementation structure of the "Farming and Research Plan" : identifying learning outcomes,constructing curriculum structure,selecting teaching strategies,designing evaluation methods,and reaching the summit step by step.The results-oriented "Farming and Research Plan" promotes the development of students’ work literacy and geography literacy. |
