Compiling And Application Of Integrated High Physicals Teaching & Learning Plan

In order to make most teachers’ communications more effective, develop teachers ’communication into scientific research achievement, the author’s working school, Lushan International Experimental School compiles Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan for every subject covering junior and senior school.The author participated the compiling of Integrated High Physicals Teaching & Learning Plan, and applied it into teaching practice. Based on real teaching practice, combined with students ’cognitive skills, this thesis presents a brand new methodology to prepare teaching plan — — Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan, which is also called three parts suit.At first, this thesis analyzed existing problems about high school physic teachers’ teaching planning methodology, and then presents basic concept and components of Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan.Secondly, this thesis explains and analyzes every component of Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan as well as the compiling methodology and features of three components: teaching plan,learning process test sheet and courseware. The author also gives an overall introduction to the structure and essentialsof Integrated High Physics Teaching & Learning Plan. That’s to emphasize characteristics of teaching plan, learning process test sheet and courseware.Last but not least, this thesis presents the practical effect of integrated teaching by adopting methods of investigation and analysis and data investigation.The significance of Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan are as follows: on one hand, lots of teachers compiled it. Thus,it is a main communication platform for different middle school scientific research. It can help teacher to organize teaching activities by compiling, revising and feedback teaching and learning plan. It is also an important channel for teacher teaching with wisdom from different middle school teachers.Collective teaching plan makes sense.On the other hand, Integrated Teaching & Learning Plan regulates basic teaching framework, integrates teaching process and basic teaching methodology, and deduces teachers’ teaching randomness. It is a powerful tool to assure teaching quality. Learning process test sheet can get feedback from students. Students’ learning achievements and teachers’ teaching achievements can be clearly show by using learning process test sheet.The function of courseware is to assist teaching. The content of courseware is in line with teaching plan. It can also works with learning process test sheet. All in all, three components works with each other, promotes teaching effect all together.
