| The curriculum of morality and the rule of law is the compulsory education level.The development of a school-based curriculum on ethics and the rule of law can enrich the content of the Civics course,improve the Civics course system,and help to enhance the effectiveness of the curriculum in educating people.2022 In November,the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the Construction of Civics Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era was issued,proposing that school-based Civics courses should be developed in conjunction with major historical events,historical celebrities,etc.,according to local conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out school-based curriculum development on ethics and the rule of law in primary schools,especially school-based curriculum development on revolutionary tradition education.This study takes Primary School L as a case study and uses the development of a school-based curriculum for revolutionary traditional education as an entry point to analyse the process of developing a school-based curriculum for ethics and the rule of law in the case school,with the aim of providing useful experiences for the development of a school-based curriculum for ethics and the rule of law in primary schools.The study is divided into six parts.Part I: Explanation of theories related to school-based curriculum development in ethics and the rule of law.The concepts of school-based curriculum development are defined,and the theories related to school-based curriculum development in ethics and the rule of law are outlined to lay the theoretical foundation and methodological basis for this study.Part II: Background to the development of the Revolutionary Heritage Education Programme at Primary School L.This section analyses and summarizes the rationale for the development of the revolutionary tradition education curriculum in Primary School L.The rationale for the development of the revolutionary tradition education curriculum is discussed from three perspectives: the requirements of the morality and rule of law curriculum for educating people,the actual school operation,and the healthy growth of students.Part III: Objectives and Content Design of the Revolutionary Tradition Education Curriculum for L Primary Schools.The objectives of the revolutionary traditions education curriculum are discussed in terms of the general objectives of the curriculum and the objectives of the school section.The content of the revolutionary tradition education curriculum is discussed from three aspects: the basis for selecting the curriculum content,the composition of the curriculum content and the organization of the curriculum content.Part IV: Implementation and Evaluation of the Revolutionary Heritage Education Curriculum in Primary School L.Sort out the implementation strategies of the revolutionary traditional education curriculum in the case schools according to the school sections.The evaluation strategies of the revolutionary traditional education curriculum are discussed in terms of the principles of curriculum evaluation,the content of curriculum evaluation,and the way of curriculum evaluation.Part V: Conclusion.On the basis of the fieldwork and research analysis,the practical experience of school-based curriculum development in the case schools is discussed and research recommendations are made to address the problems of curriculum development.The shortcomings of this study are summarized,and prospects for future research on school-based curriculum for ethics and the rule of law in primary schools are offered. |
