| According to the primary school of the curriculum standard of morality and the rule of law,the class is based on student life,students form good moral character as the core,and promote students comprehensive course of social development,is the unity of practicality and openness.Since the eighteenth congress,insist on governing the country according to law and managing state affairs by ethics has become the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the rule of law a distinct characteristic of the state and society governance needs to be legal and ethical work together.To this end,the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth CPC central committee clearly pointed out: "the rule of law education into the national education system,starting from the youth,set up the rule of law knowledge curriculum in primary and secondary schools.".Primary students in grade one are in a very special transitional stage,and the moral and rule of law course in grade one is also responsible for cultivating students’ good behavior habits and noble moral behavior.This is engaged in the ideological and moral line of teachers brought a new challenge.In order to make a beneficial exploration on "morality and rule of law" for first-grade students and improve the effectiveness of "morality and rule of law" classroom,this investigation takes s school district of qin ’an county as a case study.Starting from the school,teachers,parents and students,this study explores the implementation status of "morality and rule of law" for first-grade students through questionnaires and interviews,finds out the factors affecting the implementation of the course,and puts forward feasible solutions to the problems,so as to provide reference for improving the teaching effect of "morality and rule of law" for first-grade students. |
