On March 18,2021,the Ministry of Education held a press conference to introduce the Guidelines for the Evaluation of the Quality of Compulsory Education,in which it was proposed that the evaluation of school running quality should focus on the development of teachers,Put forward the examination points of "improving the incentive system for teachers in schools,adhering to openness,fairness and justice,and paying attention to spiritual honor incentive,professional development incentive,post promotion incentive,performance salary incentive,care incentive".The working object,working environment,work assessment and work pressure of middle school physical education teachers have certain particularity.It is a special occupation that gives consideration to both physical and mental work.The professional pressure of middle school physical education teachers is growing,and job burnout has become a common phenomenon in middle school physical education teachers’ careers.Research shows that job burnout not only directly affects teachers’ physical and mental health,but also affects their work performance.This paper discusses the relationship between job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention of physical education teachers,and takes physical education teachers in junior high schools in Hainan Province as the research object.Through interviews,surveys and empirical analysis,it further determines the relationship between the three and the specific impact factors,and puts forward countermeasures to provide some valuable reference for the education authorities,I also hope to do my best to improve the working environment of physical education teachers.By using the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics,interviews,and questionnaires,this paper found that the physical education teachers in the junior middle schools in this area had low job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover tendency;The reliability and validity of the questionnaire proved the reliability and feasibility of the questionnaire;Descriptive statistical analysis clarifies the basic characteristics of the study sample,and confirmatory factor analysis clearly reflects the consistency between the scale structure and the questionnaire content,indicating that the questionnaire has good structural validity,ensuring the stability of further analysis of the scale;The results of difference analysis showed that the demographic variables such as age,teaching age,professional title and education background had significant effects on job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention of physical education teachers(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis verified that job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention were significantly correlated(P<0.05);The mediating effect test verified that job satisfaction had a mediating effect between job burnout and turnover intention(P<0.05);The multiple linear regression analysis model verifies the four hypotheses proposed in this study.
