Rural revitalization education is the foundation,and the revitalization of rural education is centered around teachers.The key to the revitalization of rural education lies in strengthening the construction of rural teacher teams.Since 2015,with the support and guidance of a series of national policies,the construction of rural teacher teams has achieved good results,while also promoting the construction of rural early childhood teacher teams.The country,society,and parents have also had more expectations for rural early childhood teachers,and rural early childhood teachers have welcomed new prospects for career development,but also new challenges and difficulties.Rural preschool teachers not only bear various pressures and work burdens of their profession,but also participate in poverty alleviation and literacy work in addition to education and home visits.At the same time,they face poor educational environments in rural areas and the pain of long-term separation from their loved ones.Multiple comprehensive factors affect the physical and mental health development of rural preschool teachers and their enthusiasm for their own work,which can easily lead to their tendency to resign.There is still a lack of research on the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention of rural preschool teachers.In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the current relationship between psychological capital,work in vestment,and turnover intention of rural preschool teachers,and to explore the impact mechanism of psychological capital on their turnover intention,this study takes rural preschool teachers in Guizhou Province as the survey object to analyze and explore the psychological capital of rural preschool teachers Based on the basic situation and relationship between work engagement and turnover intention,this paper analyzes and discusses the mediating role of work engagement in psychological capital and turnover intention.Based on the actual situation of rural preschool teachers and their understanding of relevant research,this study selected the "Psychological Capital Scale PCQ-24" compiled by Luthans,revised and translated by Li Chaoping,the Chinese version of the "Work Engagement Scale(UWES)" translated by Zhang Yiwen and Gan Yiqun,and the turnover intention scale developed by Fan Jingli to conduct a questionnaire survey on 359 rural preschool teachers in different regions of Guizhou Province,At the same time,through interviews with 20 rural preschool teachers from different regions,we aim to understand the factors that affect their turnover intention and the corresponding strategies they expect to solve their own problems.Through a survey and data analysis of 359 rural preschool teachers’ psychological capital,work engagement,and turnover intention,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The psychological capital and work investment of rural preschool teachers are generally at a moderate to upper level,while their turnover intention is at a lower level,and their overall work status is good;2.There are significant differences in age in psychological capital,work engagement,and turnover intention.The older the rural preschool teachers,the higher their level of psychological capital and work engagement,and the lower their turnover intention;There are significant differences in psychological capital,job engagement,and turnover intention among rural preschool teachers with teaching experience.The longer the teaching experience,the higher the level of psychological capital and job engagement,while the lower the level of turnover intention;There is no significant difference in educational background in terms of psychological capital and turnover intention,but there is a significant difference in work engagement.The higher the educational background of rural preschool teachers,the higher their level of work engagement;There are significant differences in monthly salary in terms of psychological capital,job engagement,and turnover intention.The higher the monthly salary,the higher the level of psychological capital and job engagement,and the lower the turnover intention;There are significant differences in psychological capital and turnover intention between rural preschool teachers with or without staffing.The higher the psychological capital level of rural preschool teachers with staffing,the lower their willingness to resign,and there is no significant difference in job engagement;3.There is a significant relationship between the psychological capital,work engagement,and turnover intention of rural preschool teachers.There is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and job engagement;There is a significant negative correlation between psychological capital,job engagement,and turnover intention;4.The rural preschool teachers’ psychological capital and work investment jointly affect their turnover intention,and work investment plays a part of mesomeric effect between psychological capital and turnover intention.Based on empirical research results,in order to promote the stable development of rural preschool teachers,this study should enhance their psychological capital,work investment,and reduce their turnover tendency from the following aspects:1.Enhance the psychological capital of rural preschool
