With the development of the post-80’s has been irreversibly boarded the stage of history. Today, the post-80’s age are between23and34years old, which is the best age to work. They were born in the special historical background of reform and opening up,so this generation has a distinct personality to highlight the stigma of the times: independence, higher education, advocating freedom.In the particular era of the post-80’s as the backbone of modern enterprise, the staff of this age are more and more concerned by researchers. However, the post-80’s employees compared with other age groups, the degree of importance and attention rising, but the resignation rate is also significantly higher. Some of them are complacent going into the community, while others have become the backbone of society. How to reduce the post-80’s tendency of resignation and resignation rates, investigate and understand their reason for leaving is very necessary. According to previous studies abroad, pay satisfaction is an important factor affecting employees’ work attitudes and behaviors, but also one of the important reasons for employee tendency of resignation to impact. Improving employee pay satisfaction not only can motivate staff performance, but also can reduce the resignation rate. So study the correlation between this special group of pay satisfaction and tendency of resignation becoming increasingly important and urgent.Taking post-80’s of Beijing and jingzhou as the research object and drawing on the review of domestic and foreigh existing literature and achievement.The research summarized and analysed the feature,current situation development of the society.Finally,chosed the pay satisfaction and tendency of resignation as the topic of this research.The research used the Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) improved by Xu Yue and Resignation Tendency Scales developed Farh coming from Hong Kong to research pay satisfaction and tendency of resignation. A total of430questionnaires were distributed.Finally,409valid questionnaires were collected. Effective rate is95%.The obtained data were analysised by SPSS11.5statistical software, including analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis.The result show:(1) All four dimensions of pay satisfaction and resignation tendency was significantly negatively correlated. The pay level satisfaction and pay enhance satisfaction have a better predict to resignation tendency.(2) In the aspect of demographic statistics Variables:The gender, Enterprise sector of the post-80’s have no significant difference between pay satisfaction and resignation tendency. In the other hand, marital status, education, nature of work, job title, enterprise geographic location have a significant differences between the effects of different levels of satisfaction and resignation tendency.
