| In today’s society,the establishment work of civil servants,military civilian and public institutions has gradually become an ideal job for college graduates.The demand for the preparation of examination and training courses is also growing.Various public examination and training institutions have sprung up,which is loved by the majority of examination and editing groups.Public examination training institutions belong to adult training,and the course fees are high.In order to quickly improve themselves and successfully go ashore,students have high standards for the teaching quality and course content of public training institutions.Therefore,having a high-quality teaching staff is an important guarantee for the long-term development of public training institutions.However,teachers in private public training institutions are often unable to meet the high standards of the industry due to their high work intensity and long travel and teaching time.The physical,psychological,internal and external pressure makes teachers prone to negative burnout after working for a period of time.Some teachers choose to switch to other units after teaching is mature,and some teachers leave due to high pressure,resulting in a large loss of core teachers in public training institutions.Teachers’ resignation is undoubtedly a huge loss to the efficient operation,profitability and brand effect of private public training institutions.Therefore,the phenomenon of teachers’ job burnout in public and private institutions needs to be paid high attention.Based on Hz education in Shanxi,this paper discusses the correlation between teachers’ Job Burnout and turnover intention in private public examination and training institutions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the correlation between the emotional exhaustion dimension,depersonalization dimension,low sense of achievement dimension and turnover intention,and then analyzes the influence of age,gender,marital status,children’s situation,highest education,major,teaching years,administrative position,monthly income,weekly class hours and head teacher on Teachers’ job burnout,Further explore the significant factors affecting teachers’ Job Burnout and turnover intention in private public training institutions.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper finds that the job burnout and turnover intention of teachers in private public examination training institutions are at a moderate level;Teachers’ emotional exhaustion dimension,depersonalization dimension and low sense of achievement dimension are positively correlated with turnover intention.Among the factors affecting teachers’ emotional exhaustion,age and years of teaching have a significant positive correlation with teachers’ turnover intention.The presence or absence of administrative positions and children have a negative correlation with turnover intention.However,gender,marital status,highest educational background,major,monthly income,weekly class hours and whether head teacher or not will not have an impact on turnover intention.It can be seen that due to the uniqueness of public training institutions,the main factors leading to job burnout and resignation of teachers in private public training institutions are different from those in public schools.Public training institutions should be good at grasping the main factors,making good use of the situation,helping teachers relieve pressure and better serve enterprises.The innovation of this paper is that the research is more in line with the current situation of teachers in public training institutions.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,it is concluded that there are differences in job burnout between teachers in public training institutions and teachers in public schools.From the perspective of teachers,teachers in private public training institutions should strengthen their educational ideals,learn self-regulation and realize their own career planning.From the perspective of institutions,private public training institutions should standardize school rules and regulations,strengthen the construction of corporate culture,and reasonably arrange the workload of teachers’ teaching.Optimize the teaching staff.Promote work family balance plan to solve the worries of teachers in public training institutions.From a social perspective,all sectors of society should pay attention to the employment status of non-public teachers and provide counseling and consulting services for the career planning of teachers in public training institutions.Establish the concept of professional equality between public and non-public teachers.Improve the performance appraisal system for non-public teachers.It is hoped that this study can help public training enterprises better plan ahead,effectively reduce the job burnout and turnover of teachers in public training institutions,and also arouse the attention of all sectors of society to the current situation of job burnout of teachers in public training institutions. |
