Since entering the new era,the Party and the state have made much account of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,middle and primary schools,and have made a series of major decisions and arrangements.In 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping stated explicitly at the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools that the integrated construction of ideological and political education courses in universities,middle and primary schools should to be popularized as a momentous project,and the intention-type development of the construction of ideological and political courses should be promoted.This is the first time in the history of the Party that the General Secretary presided over the highest specification conference on students’ ideological and political education,and the first time since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China that the Party Central Committee has taken care of the ideological and political education work in universities,middle and primary schools in a holistic manner through the national education.Therefore,the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,middle and primary schools in the new era must be grasped in the summary of the experience of the Party and the country in the construction of ideological and political courses,and in the context of the unprecedented changes in the world in a century,as well as the overall development of the Party and the country’s undertakings.To promote the integration construction,give full play to the educational cooperation,systematically cultivate new people of the era who are worthy of the task of national rejuvenation,and plays an irreplaceable and important role in promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in schools,resolving the fundamental issues of "what kind of people to train,how to train them and for whom to train them".The main content of the first
