| Career education is important to the overall development of students and the change of human development,which reflects the connotation of "human development" in current and future Chinese education.Under the current baton of the new college entrance examination reform,provinces and cities have explored changes in the way of education.However,the current implementation of career education varies around the world,students are wandering and confused in the face of the choice of different combinations of various subjects,teachers are concerned,parents are anxious,a number of career guidance institutions,college entrance examination selection institutions,schools have made positive attempts to introduce a team of full-time career teachers and offer a variety of courses.But has it solved the problem of students’ difficulty in choosing subjects,has it responded to the requirements for career education put forward by the way of education,and has the school carried out career education in collaboration with the society and parents? As the main body of career education implementation,high school schools need to support the implementation of career education in many aspects.Therefore,it is especially important to clarify the connotation of the school support system system for career education in high schools,construct the dimensional indicators of the school support system,and conduct research on the current situation of school support,so as to make effective suggestions for the implementation of career education in high schools.Studies have shown that career education has its necessity and special function.There are also studies analyzing the current career education in terms of the rationality of curriculum setting,the effectiveness of implementation,and the adaptability of students,but there is a lack of systematic analysis of the effectiveness of the support system and the efficiency of the allocation of career education resources.Schools,as the main body of support,provide students with cultural environment,personnel input,curriculum activities and other support to promote the implementation of career education.Based on the collation of literature and principal interview data,we initially extracted school support system indicators and formed the first version of school support system,and then after two rounds of Delphi method iteration verification,we got the final version of school support system,including five first-level dimensions of cultural climate,organizational leadership,curriculum activities,condition support,and guarantee mechanism,and 23 second-level indicators.Based on the indicators of school support system,the survey found that the overall support of schools is good,but the relevant supporting rules and regulations are not perfect,teachers do not pay enough attention to career education in daily education and teaching work,school career education lacks the participation of multiple subjects such as society and parents,and school career education does not form an implementation process inspection mechanism to measure and monitor the implementation effect,etc.Based on this,high schools should actively shape the school environment of career education.Update the value concept,create a good campus culture atmosphere;refine the work plan,explore the school-based career education system;integrate internal and external resources,collaborate with multiple subjects to support career education,combine part-time full-time,strengthen the construction of school teachers and curriculum;process and results,improve the school support and guarantee mechanism. |
