| The learning motivation of students is closely related to the performance and development of students.High school students who are faced with heavy learning tasks and arduous college entrance examination pressures have unsatisfactory learning motivations.Previous studies have shown that learning motivation is significantly related to family support,parental life support is significantly related to career adaptability,and career adaptability is also significantly related to learning motivation.In order to explore the family factors among the environmental influencing factors of students’ learning motivation,this study selects the parents’ involvement in the behavioral career support as a variable.Under the premise of verifying the relationship between the parents’ career support,career adaptability and learning motivation,the parents intervene through career counseling With students,improve parents’ career support and students’ career adaptability,thereby improving students’ learning motivation.This research is divided into two parts:Research 1 uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the relationship between students’ learning motivation,parents’ career support and students’ career adaptability.The results showed that parents’ career support was significantly positively correlated with students’ learning motivation and career adaptability,and learning motivation was significantly positively correlated with career adaptability.Career adaptability played a part of the mediating role between parents’ career support and learning motivation.In the second study,two intervention groups(student intervention group and parent intervention group)and a control group were selected,and an eight-week career counseling course was carried out for the intervention group.The results show that the career counseling intervention effectively improves the career adaptability of high school students and the career support of their parents,and improves the learning motivation of high school students. |
