In this study,literature,social investigation,interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and other research methods,combined with the KANO model to explore the supply and demand of tennis services in Wuhan and the development strategy.Through the classification research of different providers of tennis sports services in Wuhan,the demand degree of tennis sports participants in Wuhan for different categories of tennis sports services is explored,and the supply of services is prioritized according to their demand degree.On this basis,the research results are summarized and analyzed,the constraints existing in the supply and demand structure of tennis sports service in Wuhan are clarified,and relevant development strategies are put forward,in order to explore the current situation of the supply of tennis sports service in Wuhan,explore the actual demands of participants in Wuhan tennis sports,and help Wuhan tennis services to achieve a balance between supply and demand.It provides useful reference for the development of tennis sport in other cities.Through the research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)At present,the main suppliers of tennis in Wuhan can be divided into three categories: government supply,school supply and tennis club supply.The supply of government is mainly reflected in the supply of tennis policy,the supply of public tennis courts and the supply of large-scale tennis events;the supply of school tennis is mainly reflected in the supply of school tennis courts and the supply of tennis talents;the supply of tennis clubs is mainly reflected in the supply of private tennis courts,the supply of tennis training services and the supply of tennis peripheral products.(2)The proportion of male tennis participants in Wuhan is higher than that of female,and the age group is mainly between 19 and 45 years old.The staff of enterprises and public institutions and students account for more than half of the total group of tennis participants in Wuhan.From the perspective of regional distribution,the number of tennis participants in Wuchang District,Hongshan District and Jiangan district was large,while the number of tennis participants in Xinzhou District,Huangpi District and Hannan district was small.In Wuhan,the monthly expenditure of tennis participants mainly ranges from 100 yuan to 800 yuan.The exercise motivation is mainly self-driven,and the frequency of exercise is usually 2-3 times a week.(3)According to the Carnot model attribute classification,the tennis service demand in Wuhan can be divided into four categories: necessary demand,expectation demand,charm demand and undifferentiated demand.The proportion of attractive demand is the highest,and the proportion of undifferentiated demand is the lowest.The requirement type and expectation type demand have the highest proportion of tennis court facility service index,the charm type demand has the highest proportion of tennis activity and event service index,and the undifferentiated type demand has the highest proportion of tennis organization service index.(4)Among the top ten indexes of Better coefficient value,the tennis court facilities service index occupies the highest proportion,followed by the tennis activities and events service index and the tennis organization service index.Among the top ten indexes with Worse coefficient,tennis instructional service occupies the highest proportion,followed by tennis court facility service and tennis information service,and tennis organization service occupies the lowest proportion.The clean and smooth tennis court and the formation of a better atmosphere for member communication have significant effects on improving the satisfaction degree of Wuhan tennis participants and reducing the dissatisfaction degree of Wuhan tennis participants.(5)At present,there are some problems in the development of tennis sports in Wuhan,such as insufficient number of tennis court facilities and unbalanced distribution,imperfect setting of tennis organizations,the need to improve the service level,weak popularity and rich categories of tennis events,imperfect tennis teaching and guidance system,lack of transparent information,incomplete tennis information and publicity services,and unimpeded channels.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward development strategies such as building tennis court facilities,optimizing tennis court related services,improving organization Settings,giving full play to the role of tennis organization services,enhancing the popularity of events,creating tennis culture atmosphere,actively publicizing teaching qualifications,attaching importance to the quality of tennis training and teaching,building information service center,and building tennis communication platform. |
