Study On The Rural Sports Public Service Supply In View Of Farmers Demand-Oriented

Strengthening construction of rural public service is an important way to make the agriculture developed, the countryside beautiful and the farmers happy. In recent years, rural sports public service has been made significant progress by the government’s strong attention. The rural sports infrastructures and the rural sports lifestyles have been greatly improved. However, the conditions of the rural social and economic development differ in thousands of ways. There are significantly different traditional habits and lifestyles in different rural areas. The sports public service of traditional administration and centralization which supplied by government has consequentially formed a statue of wasting resources, and has given rise to "supply unwanted" in the supply of the rural sports public service.The thesis, which regards the supply of rural sports public service of Yongji city in Shanxi province as the research object, uses documents, questionnaires and mathematical analysis to research. Through analyzing the patterns of the supply of rural sports pubic service at different times in China, comparing the supply of rural sports public service and the farmers’sports demand, and researching the difficulty of the supply of rural public service at present, to start with the farmers’sports demand, improve the effect and quality of the supply of rural public service and promote the development of rural sports.Research shows that the government constantly increases rural sports public service supply in Yongji city. Meanwhile, the sports infrastructures have been improved considerably. However, the farmers have not fulfilled real sports demand in the context of the government supply. The farmers’overall contentment to the sports public service is not high. There is a contradiction that the supply does not accord with the demand in some rural sports public service, and it not only causes a loss to the rural sports public resource, but also, to a certain degree, it affects the activity of the farmers’sport participation. This thesis gives a further analysis of the causes and draws the following conclusions: First, there are most vacancies in the main body of the administration of the rural sports organization, and the supply of rural sports public service by the local government is insufficient. Second, the farmers are lack of the means of expression to the demand of sports public service. Third, the decision-making process of rural public service supply is unreasonable. Last, the supervisory and appraisal mechanism of the supply of sports public service in rural areas is deficiency.So, it is significance for the efficient supply of the rural sports public service to construct the decision-making style of sports public service of the conjunction of the farmers’demand and the government’s supply, strengthen the responsibility of the supply in the rural sports public service, explore the multi agent supplies of the rural sports public service, construct the mechanism of demand expression in the supply of rural sports public service, and improve the supervision and evaluation system in the supply of rural sports public service.
