Research On The Construction Of Wuhan Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Wuhan Public Sports Service Supply

Public service is an important content to practice the "people-oriented,service-spirit" governance concept.As an important part of sports public service,it is not only the internal motive force of building sports power,but also the core requirement of building service-oriented government.General Secretary Xi Jinping also mentioned public sports in his 19 th CPC National Congress report,hoping that public sports "should adhere to people-oriented,improve the national fitness system,provide more and better public sports services for the people,and realize the new requirement of our country’s stride from a sports power to a sports power ".In the process of urbanization construction in China,strengthening the construction of public sports service system is an indispensable and important part to perfect the public service system.This paper investigates the influencing factors of public sports service supply in Wuhan,such as sports facilities supply,social sports instructor supply,activity service supply,activity fund supply,physique monitoring service supply,information service supply and public sports service policy supply.Then using mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods to study and found that Wuhan City public sports service supply construction there are five problems:(1)The main body of supply is single;(2)the facilities of supply are not perfect;(3)the system of social organization is not perfect;(4)the strength of social guidance is insufficient;(5)the mechanism of performance and supervision is lacking.Finally,in view of the above problems,I think that the following six measures should be taken to improve the supply system of public sports services in Wuhan:(1)to construct a diversified supply model;(2)to improve the performance evaluation and supervision mechanism;(3)to improve the social sports guidance service;(4)to improve the management mechanism of social organizations;(5)to increase financial input and facilities construction;(6)to improve the service policy and regulatory system.The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of the public sports service supply in Wuhan,to contribute to the rapid development of the public service in Wuhan,and to contribute to the efficient construction of the national central city in Wuhan.
