A Practical Study Of Social Work Intervention In Employment Services For Rehabilitated People With Mental Disorders

In recent years,with the increasing pressure of people’s work and life,the psychological problems are increasingly highlighted,which leads to the increasing incidence and recurrence rate of mental disorders in our country.At present,many mental disorders patients enter the rehabilitation period,in the process of employment will suffer a different degree of barrier.Difficult employment makes it difficult for people with mental disorders to integrate into society,adding a burden to society.The traditional medical rehabilitation model has been unable to meet the various needs of the rehabilitated people with mental disorders.Social work is of great significance to intervene the employment service of the rehabilitated people with mental disorders.Under the guidance of Strengths Perspective and social support theory,this study took Xin Ling EZhan employment service project in Shenzhen as an example,and explored the strategies of social work intervention in employment services for rehabilitated people with mental disorders from individual,family and social levels on the basis of analyzing the employment status and service needs of rehabilitated people with mental disorders in Shenzhen.The service effect of the project is mainly manifested in that it taps the potential of rehabilitated people with mental disorders and improves their employability at the individual level;At the family level,it strengthened the family employment support for the rehabilitated people with mental disorders;At the social level,the employment support network of rehabilitated people with mental disorders has been strengthened,the integrated employment environment has been created,and the job matching degree of rehabilitated people with mental disorders has been improved.At the same time,there are also such as insufficient publicity and advocacy,vocational training is not targeted,employment development is not sufficient,the employment service system is not perfect,inter-departmental collaboration is less frequent.Based on the analysis of service effectiveness and existing deficiencies,this study puts forward some targeted suggestions for social work to intervene in employment services for rehabilitated people with mental disorders,in order to better promote the effective application of social work in employment services for rehabilitated people with mental disorders.
