Research On The Participation Of Service-oriented Enterprises In Supporting The Employment Of Disabled People

The disabled are the vulnerable group in the society,is in need of help and care group,employment is the basis of their survival and development.China has a large population and a large number of disabled people.It is very important to help disabled people better realize employment and establish a diversified employment service system for disabled people.The participation of service-oriented enterprises in supporting the employment of persons with disabilities complements the lack of government assistance and plays an important role in promoting the employment of persons with disabilities.This paper first studies the basic ways,roles and job types of T Company’s participation in the employment support for the disabled.On this basis,it discusses the advantages of service-oriented enterprises’ participation in the employment support for the disabled,namely the resource advantages of the central enterprise platform,the ability to accurately tap the needs of the disabled,and the ability to build a bridge of information symmetry between the two sides of employment.Secondly,this paper studies the effectiveness and existing problems of T Company’s participation in the employment support for the disabled.Specific achievements are as follows:for the disabled,T Company helps them find jobs and enrich their spiritual life;for enterprises,T company helps them save employment costs and share management responsibilities;for the society,T Company creates an atmosphere for the disabled and enhances social cohesion.The existing problems are:insufficient personalized services,unable to meet the diverse needs of persons with disabilities,limited job positions,short training time,relatively simple content,etc.Third,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems:low social attention and obvious social exclusion of the disabled,the lack of awareness of the training needs of the disabled,difficulty and high cost of vocational training.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of T Company’s participation in employment support for the disabled,combined with the actual situation of service-oriented enterprises helping the employment of the disabled,guided by the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:construct a diversified employment service for the disabled,improve the accurate employment support for the disabled,and form a systematic employment support service for the disabled.
