With the continuous improvement of the level of social welfare,the state has also paid more and more attention to the development of vulnerable groups such as the disabled.In order to promote the employment of persons with disabilities,the state has launched a supplementary employment model for people with severe disabilities such as people with mental disabilities,and organized disabled persons who are willing to work together for centralized employment.Institutions for the disabled have become an important carrier of auxiliary employment,and under the guidance and requirements of policies,more and more institutions have begun to develop auxiliary employment,and their development status has attracted much attention.As a service agency for the disabled that has been established for a long time,the development status of auxiliary employment is strongly representative in the industry.On the basis of retaining traditional content,the auxiliary employment of H institutions has also integrated its own characteristics,such as creating a "public welfare supermarket" platform,which has achieved good results.However,through participatory observation and interviews,it is found that there are still many problems in auxiliary employment: at the micro level,people with mental disabilities have limited ability and insufficient professional quality;at the meso level,the concept of family is backward and institutional management is more chaotic;at the macro level,the social environment is grim and employment resources are insufficient.The combination of the three systemic aspects of the problem has seriously hindered the development of supportive employment.In order to solve the above problems,the integrated social work method is used to intervene from three aspects: first,the micro level intervenes in the problems of lack of professional literacy and emotional instability of people with mental disabilities through group and case work;second,the mesoscopic level uses the method of social work administration to intervene in the problems of families and institutions of people with mental disabilities;and finally,at the macro level,the use of community work to intervene in the environment and employment resources.The intervention of social work has effectively solved some problems in the development of auxiliary employment,but the strength of social work alone is far from enough,and it is still necessary for the government,society,enterprises,institutions,families and individuals with disabilities to work together from different systems to promote the sustainable development of auxiliary employment.
