| Employment is not only the right given to citizens by the constitution,but also the necessary way for individuals to achieve survival and development,but the disabled face great challenges in employment.In recent years,the State has introduced complementary forms of employment that support the employment of persons with intellectual,mental and severe physical disabilities.Unlike sheltered employment and supportive employment for persons with disabilities,assisted employment for persons with disabilities is still in the exploratory stage.This article takes S city P vocational health center disabled person auxiliary employment as the research object,discusses the disabled person employment related question.In addition to the introduction,the article mainly examines the following four aspects of the content.First of all,the article from the staff composition,service object selection,service needs assessment,service content and other aspects of the P vocational health center auxiliary employment service operation mode.According to the article,P vocational health center has formed the "two systems and two transformation" of the disabled auxiliary employment service operation mode.First,the application examination system,i.e.persons with intellectual,mental and severe physical disabilities who have local household registration,are in good health and are in the working age group,can receive supplementary employment training in P vocational health centres only after applying for services and after examination.Another is the service demand assessment system,that is,the P vocational health center according to the different needs of service objects,on the basis of evaluation to develop personalized of the Supplementary Employment Services Programme.Third,three-dimensional service content,that is,vocational skills training as the core,at the same time with the art curriculum cultivation,art performances,creative product design and production training,in order to enhance the ability of disabled people to assist employment.Fourth,the professionalization of staff,that is,P vocational health centers to the government purchase of services,the introduction of professional social workers to carryout auxiliary employment services for the disabled.Secondly,from the practical point of view,the article discusses the methods and effectiveness of social workers’ involvement in supporting employment for the disabled.According to the article,P vocational health center has explored the more mature "case group" of auxiliary employment practice methods.The first is the case work method which is adopted according to the individual characteristics of the auxiliary employment service object.P the practical work,the social workers of the vocational health center mainly use the advantage angle of view,while solving the physiological and psychological problems of the victim,fully tap the advantages of the victim,formulate the auxiliary employment service plan suitable for the victim,help the victim to realize his own value,and finally achieve the purpose of "self-help ".Second,for the auxiliary The group work method adopted by the common characteristics of the clients.P the practical work,social workers in vocational health centres apply the theory of social support and social integration,while focusing on vocational skills training,looking for the same or similar obstacles to the object of supplementary employment services,forming growth groups to help group members jointly overcome obstacles in supplementary employment through planned training at different stages,so as to improve the environmental factors in supplementary employment training for persons with disabilities,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of supplementary employment training and enhancing the employability of persons with disabilities.Thirdly,from the point of view of the center,social workers and the disabled,the paper discusses the main problems existing in the auxiliary employment at present.According to the article,although the P vocational health centers have made achievements in the development of auxiliary employment for the disabled,there are three main problems obviously: first,the problem of insufficient government investment and the shortage of auxiliary employment service personnel in the center,which hinders the stability and sustainability of auxiliary employment work;second,the problem of deviation of the use ofsocial workers by vocational health centers,that is,social workers assume the dual role of professional service and administrative work,thus reducing the service efficiency of auxiliary employment;and third,the dependence of the disabled on government welfare.The problem of insufficient ability to adapt to new jobs hinders the enthusiasm of disabled people to participate in auxiliary employment training,and then affects the quality of auxiliary employment training.Finally,the article summarizes and reflects on the whole research.Four conclusions can be drawn from the practice of auxiliary employment in P vocational health centers: first,auxiliary employment is a favorable policy that can provide better help for the employment of intellectual,mental and severe physical disabilities;second,the implementation of auxiliary employment shifts the previous single rehabilitation training model for disabled people to the training model of combining rehabilitation with employment;third,social workers use case work method and group work method to intervene in auxiliary employment is a positive path.At the same time,aiming at the problems existing in the development of auxiliary employment in P vocational health centers,this paper puts forward four points to improve the auxiliary employment service for the disabled Suggestions: first,expand the source channels of supplementary employment funds;second,improve the social awareness of supplementary employment;third,build a social support network for supplementary employment;and fourth,establish a cooperative and competitive system for supplementary employment.To sum up,supplementary employment is still in its infancy.It requires the joint efforts of the Government,vocational health centres,social workers,persons with disabilities and other social forces to continuously develop and improve the supplementary employment mechanism,thus opening up a new world for the auxiliary employment of persons with intellectual,mental and severe
