Background: The healthy growth of adolescents is related to the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.It requires concerted efforts from the state,society,schools and families,and follows the party’s state’s sports policy to consolidate the achievements of students’ physical health education and further improve students’ health.Physical and mental health,promote the all-round development of young people and achieve the goal of "four in one" sports education.The sports activities of students’ families play an important basic role in extending the effect of physical education in schools,designing and implementing sports homework,and improving the physical health of adolescents.Impact.Home-school co-education has become a new direction for the development of school physical education.It is necessary to strengthen the trust relationship in home-school communication,play the leading role of school sports in the professional level of physical education,and play the basic role of family education in the development of sports habits.It can help the implementation of sports homework,the development of family sports activities,and improve the sports knowledge,health awareness and physical and mental health of family members.Based on the development requirements of school sports comprehensive education in the new era,various policies and measures of the party and the state for physical education,this research deeply investigates and analyzes the current situation of family sports activities.Based on this,this paper discusses the feasibility and design principles of implementing sports homework,focuses on solving the adverse impact of the family environment on primary school students’ sports activities,establishes a new sports model with efficient linkage and communication between home and school,and scientifically guides and promotes the development of family sports activities.Objective: The purpose of this research is to investigate the current situation of home-school linkage mode and family sports activities in Chaoyang Primary School,Chaoyang Primary School South School,Jinxing Primary School and Experimental Primary School in Beibei District,analyze their existing problems,propose solutions and carry out practical research.To achieve the purpose of enriching the home-school linkage model and innovating the form of school sports.Methods: This research adopts the method of literature material,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment method,and mathematical statistics method to design and implement the home physical education homework of primary school students under the home-school linkage mode as the research object.Taking Chaoyang Primary School,Liangjiang Primary School,Jinxing Primary School,and Tiansheng Xiangyang Primary School’s family sports activities,school physical education teaching,sports homework,and home-school linkage mode as the investigation subjects.Results: 1.Investigation results of the current situation of home-school linkage:(1)94.88% of parents of primary school students use office,social and educational APP software on mobile phones for home-school communication;(2)94.88% of the parents of primary school students communicate with the school every day;(3)The student information obtained by 90.55% of the parents of primary school students through home-school linkage is mainly homework,extracurricular reading,and student grades.The linkage of sports homework is to supervise students to complete sports homework and upload homework videos;(4)16.54% and 33.99% of the parents of primary school students strictly and relatively strictly supervise the students to complete the PE homework,while 15.62% and 4.20% of the primary school students’ parents are less strict and playfully supervise the students to complete the PE homework;(5)47.37%,31.58%,and 15.79% of physical education teachers conduct online information linkage with 3 members,2 members,and 4 or more members of the student’s family.2.The design strategy of the home-school linkage model:(1)Strengthen the main role of students;(2)Improve the ability of family members to act cooperatively;(3)Enhance the role of physical education teachers in real-time feedback.3.Design strategies for primary school students’ physical education homework:(1)Enrich the content of sports homework and strengthen the process of homework homework;(2)Create an atmosphere for sports activities and enhance the fun of sports activities;(3)Add a sports skills display link to promote the development of students’ sports skills and personality.4.The results of homework teaching practice in the home-school linkage model:(1)After the experiment,the number of people with BMI in the normal range increased by 11 in the male and female experimental groups,5 in males in the control group,and 4 in females in the control group.(2)The test results of 1-minute rope skipping and 1-minute sit-ups for boys and girls in the experimental group in the control group were significantly improved after the experiment than before the experiment(P<0.05);The test results of 50-meter running and sitting body forward flexion showed that the male and female students in the experimental group were significantly improved after the experiment compared with the test results before the experiment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P>0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the one-minute rope skipping results between the male and female students in the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of1-minute sit-ups(P>0.05).The test results of the 50-meter running and sitting forward bending test of male and female students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)A total of 23 male and female students in the control group participated in physical training,accounting for 14.29%of the total number;a total of 65 male and female students in the experimental group participated in physical training,accounting for 40.37% of the total number;the primary school students in the experimental group participated in sports during weekdays and weekends.The proportion of people who were trained was higher than that of the control group.(4)Students in the experimental group spend less time using electronic devices than those in the control group.Conclusions: 1.Home-school linkage is an effective way to promote the development of physical education and the healthy growth of students.The home-school linkage of sports homework has formed a model of "teachers assign homework online,and parents supervise students’ completion",which fails to give play to the initiative and dominance of family sports education.2.Physical education homework should not copy the mode of independent completion of subject homework and focus on results.Instead,it should be innovated in combination with the characteristics of sports.The focus of physical education homework should be carried out under the guidance of physical education teachers or the accompaniment and guidance of family members to avoid sports injuries caused by non-standard and wrong movements.Pay attention to the fun,safety,health and multi-person interaction characteristics of the sports process,pay attention to the cultivation of parent-child relationship and family physical exercise habits.3 The design of sports homework should be consistent with school physical education,sports interest training,and lifelong sports habits.Give full play to the initiative of students to complete physical homework,improve the level of parents’ physical education knowledge,guide parents to pay attention to youth sports training,amateur sports training,and choose appropriate sports training according to children’s interests.Contribute to the formation of the model of "school physical education-family sports support-social sports training".4.Practical research on homework in sports under the home-school linkage model shows that in the early stage of homework in sports,physical education teachers need frequent online and real-time guidance.The content of youth sports training motivates young people to actively participate in sports training in a timely manner.5.The simple sports in sports homework are suitable for all students,but only achieve the teaching goal of promoting the rapid improvement of sports quality of some students.On this basis,students are guided to actively participate in sports training through the leading role of the family.Sports training time improves the physical health of students,reduces the time students spend using electronic devices,and plays a role in protecting eyesight.For many students who have not significantly improved their sports quality and have not participated in sports training,the real-time guidance of physical education teachers,the sports leadership of family members,and the home-school linkage model of regular family sports activities are more conducive to creating a good family.Sports atmosphere,cultivate students’ interest in sports,and develop good lifelong sports habits.
