Young strong strength makes a strong country.The revitalization of a nation and the future prosperity of a country cannot be separated from the development of young people.For a long time,the physical health problems of teenagers have attracted the attention of the country,and the institutional health level of domestic teenagers is improved slowly,and the government and social departments also pay attention to it.Physical literacy is a core accomplishment that teenagers are related to their physical health level and physical exercise habits.With the promulgation of a series of sports policies to enhance teenagers’ physical fitness and promote their health,the importance of the linkage of family,school and community has become more prominent.Based on this,how to integrate and optimize resources,and effectively linkage to promote the improvement of teenagers’ physical literacy should be deeply explored,in order to further improve the sports literacy of Chinese teenagers and promote the comprehensive physical and mental development of Chinese teenagers.This paper to "home school club" tripartite linkage under the junior high school students sports literacy promotion strategy as the research object,in Taiyuan city districts(city county does not do research)of the second middle school,the first middle school,jin yuan district experimental middle school,Taiyuan,Taiyuan,fifth middle school as the investigation object,six school literature method,questionnaire survey,literature,expert interview,delphi method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method research method,systematically demonstrate "home school club" linkage of junior high school students sports literacy promotion influence factors,and quantitative analysis.Understand the analysis of the current junior high school students sports literacy promotion "each field" support the reality of the environment,through combing and analysis,find its deep mechanism,and in the "home school club" on the basis of tripartite linkage,build help youth sports literacy promotion linkage mode and put forward the corresponding Suggestions,in order to the cultivation of junior high school students sports literacy and promotion to make new theoretical contribution.The main study conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)The influencing factors of junior high school students under the linkage of "home-school association" are: family linkage factors include five dimensions: family sports consumption factor,family physical environment factor,family sports culture environment factor,parent support factor and parent participation factor;school linkage factors include five dimensions: physical education teacher ability factor,physical education teaching environment factor,sports service guarantee factor,leadership support factor,organizational management factor;community linkage factor include three dimensions: community sports activity guarantee factor,community sports organization and management factor,and community sports publicity and education factor.(2)to "home school club" linkage of junior high school students sports literacy promotion path model do fitting test analysis and hypothesis testing: path model fitting indicators are in line with the general research standard,path model has good adaptation,family linkage factors,school linkage factors,community linkage factors of junior high school students have significant positive influence on sports literacy.(3)Under the linkage of "home,school and society",the improvement of sports literacy of junior high school students has the following practical difficulties: the youth family sports capital is weak,and the lack of interactive communication path of family sports.The promotion of school physical education is slow,and the support of home-school-community linkage is insufficient.Youth community sports management is insufficient,the lack of market resources supply.The above are the main problems faced by the supporting environment for the improvement of physical literacy of junior high school students in China.(4)The mode construction of the tripartite linkage of "home-school and society" to promote the improvement of physical literacy of junior high school students mainly includes three aspects: First,the determination of participants and mutual relations of the linkage mode of "home-school and society".Second,the overall design of the linkage mode of "home-school society" includes two aspects: the unique operation mode of "home-school society" linkage and the responsibilities and obligations among the participants.Thirdly,the operation guarantee of the linkage mode of "home-school-society" includes three aspects:resource co-construction and sharing level,service guarantee level and long-term guarantee level.(5)In order to promote the linkage of "family,school and society" to promote the improvement of youth sports literacy,the following implementation strategies are put forward:First,clarify the specific promotion goals,and strengthen the effective interaction of the linkage of the three parties.Second,we should increase legal and policy support and improve the legal procedures for linking families,schools and social organizations.Third,clarify the responsibilities of all parties and build a list of responsibilities for the linkage mode.Fourth,strengthen the implementation of personnel exchange,improve the quality of the youth social sports instructor team.Fifth,the government should gradually delegate power to improve the role of market entities in the linkage mode of operation.Sixth,take sports projects as a breakthrough,coordinate and build a practical operation platform of the tripartite linkage mode.
