Analysis Of Social Organizations’ Participation In Community Public Cultural Service Supply

Community is the basic unit of residents’ life and urban governance.However,with the development of society,the contradiction between the demand and supply of community public cultural services is more prominent.Problems such as single content,lack of characteristics,strong homogeneity and dislocation of supply and demand lead to severe challenges for community public cultural services.Social work is an important force in community governance,and participation in community public cultural services has unique advantages.The professional theoretical knowledge,professional methods and working mode of social work,as well as a set of systematic professional values that can be applied to community public cultural services are compatible with community public cultural services,so as to provide feasibility for their participation in community public cultural services.The participation of social work in community public cultural services can alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of community public cultural services,meet the cultural needs of community residents,and is also an innovation of multi-subject participation in community public cultural services and the construction of community public cultural service system.Community social work and community public cultural services have high compatibility.Community public cultural service needs the participation of multiple subjects,and many problems it faces in the new stage need the participation of social work.At the same time,social work also has its own diversified development needs,participation in public cultural services is conducive to the expansion of social work service boundaries.Based on the knowledge of social work,sociology and other disciplines,this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work participation in community public cultural services through participatory observation and in-depth interview and other research methods,starting from the theoretical dimensions of social mutual construction theory and ecosystem theory.The study does not start from the macro perspective of public cultural services,but from the micro WG study,analyzes and summarizes the practical content of community public cultural services,penetrates the values,principles,professional concepts,professional methods and working modes of social work,summarizes the lack of experience of social work in community public cultural services,and puts forward suggestions.
