Research On Social Work Participation In Urban Community Governance Under The Background Of "Five Society Linkage"

With the vigorous development of China’s modernization and urbanization,the significance of social governance in reality has become increasingly prominent,and social governance has been raised to an unprecedented height.Community is the most basic cell of society,and community governance is the starting point and foothold of promoting social governance.In the process of community governance,we should gather a variety of relevant forces to form a joint force,pool wisdom and jointly contribute to community development.The "five social linkage" model mentioned in this paper is an innovation of the diversification of governance subjects.Taking s community in Chengdu as an example,this study makes an in-depth exploration of social work participation in community governance through interview and case study.Specifically,this study is divided into four parts.The first part mainly describes the research background and significance,relevant literature review and theoretical basis.The second part describes the necessity and feasibility of social work participating in community governance.The third part analyzes the operation mechanism of "five social linkage".The fourth part takes s community in Chengdu as an example to understand the practice of social work participating in community governance under the background of "five social linkage",and summarizes the effectiveness of social work participating in community governance.At the same time,it is found that there are some problems in the process of social work participating in Community Governance: the community neighborhood committee is seriously administrated;The professional familiarity of social work is not high;Social resources and funds of social work institutions are insufficient;Residents’ participation in community governance is not high;Social workers are inexperienced and their specialization needs to be improved.The reasons behind these problems are: China has not yet got rid of the administrative management system;Social work is in the development stage;Social work institutions have a single source of funds;The citizen consciousness of community residents is weak;The brain drain of social workers is serious.Finally,it puts forward the Countermeasures for social work to better participate in Community Governance: improve the existing management system,and vigorously support "social workers into the community";Create an "Internet +" platform to publicize social work;Attach importance to the construction of community funds and broaden the sources of funds for social work institutions;Cultivate the civic consciousness of community residents and promote community participation;We will strengthen the building of a contingent of social workers and improve their remuneration.
