Case Study Of Social Work Intervening In Children's Cultural Participation Of Community Construction

With the continuous progress of society,the state pays more and more attention to the construction of community culture,and also pays more and more attention to the participation of residents in community culture.However,the problems such as unused cultural facilities,insufficient motivation of residents' participation and low satisfaction of community cultural activities are becoming increasingly prominent,which need to be improved urgently.At the same time,social work has a strong professional concept and scientific working methods.In recent years,it has played a unique role in the participation of residents in community culture.It is necessary to think about how social work can play a better role in the participation of community culture.This study first reviews the relevant studies on children's community cultural participation at home and abroad,and summarizes the experience of predecessors as a reference.Then,the concepts of "conversion from agriculture to non-children","community culture" and "community cultural participation" mentioned in this study are defined.Supported by the theory of hierarchy of needs and social capital,this paper takes L community in Changsha City as the research point,takes community children as the research object,and investigates the present situation of children's community cultural participation in L community by means of questionnaires and interviews,and finds out some problems.After that,the process of social workers' involvement in children's communitycultural participation is discussed in detail: in group practice,cultural interest group activities are carried out to enrich children's spiritual and cultural knowledge,strengthen children's communication and improve children's expectations and preferences for community cultural activities;in community practice,the establishment of community library drifting room to create a community atmosphere of book fragrance;and at the same time,the construction of community.District public welfare angel team,enrich children's spiritual and cultural life,learn to care for others,with the help of children's group strength to improve the overall spiritual and cultural behavior of the community.Finally,this paper emphatically analyses some problems existing in the process of children's community cultural involvement in social work,and puts forward relevant possibilities and suggestions.
