The "double reduction" is an important attempt to effectively alleviate the heavy homework burden and off campus training burden of students in compulsory education,and it is complementary to the work of home school co education.Similarly,the "double reduction" policy has also put forward new requirements for home school co education.For example,family school co education should work together to reduce academic burden,improve teaching quality,enhance students’ physical fitness,and care for students’ mental health.Home school co education is not only beneficial for the formation of children’s healthy personality and the improvement of their academic performance,but also for accumulating theoretical materials for the research on the issue of home school co education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,and providing practical reference for improving the level of home school co education in the new era.In the research,the main research methods used by the author include questionnaire survey,interview,literature review,etc.,providing effective theoretical support and strong data support for the writing of this article.This article takes S Primary School as an example to objectively analyze its excellent experience in the process of home school co education,and analyze the problems that have arisen.Starting from the three dimensions of family,school,and co education,it is analyzed that primary school parents have outdated educational concepts,lack of scientific education cognition,lack of communication between home and school,weak family education ability,insufficient awareness of co education in primary school,lack of trust and understanding between home and school,lack of initiative in S primary school co education,and weak awareness of cooperative communication.At the same time,analyze the problems existing in the current implementation of home school co education in a simple and profound manner,and provide concrete suggestions.For example,from the perspective of parents,they should establish a correct educational concept,improve their educational cognitive level,conduct two-way communication between families,enhance their family education ability,implement their main responsibilities,establish a correct talent concept,innovate family education content,and enrich the forms of family education;Suggestions for improving school education level include strengthening trust and understanding,optimizing homework design,optimizing co education models,innovating methods,mastering communication skills,and creating a harmonious atmosphere;In terms of home school co education,such as building an efficient communication mechanism,enhancing awareness of home school co education,strengthening parental participation in home school cooperation,enriching the content and form of home school co education,achieving deep cooperation,establishing an equal concept of home school cooperation,optimizing cooperation forms,etc.The writing of this article aims to awaken the importance that parents and teachers attach to the work of home school co education,and provide some help and reflection for the work of home school co education in the vast rural areas of China.
