| In November 2019,the State Council issued the "Outline for the Implementation of Patriotic Education in the New Era",which proposed to "integrate the content of patriotic education into the compilation and teaching of textbooks for Chinese language,morality and the rule of law,history,and other disciplines." In January 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guidelines for the Curriculum and Textbooks of Revolutionary Traditions in Primary and Secondary Schools"(hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines for Textbooks"),emphasizing the need for revolutionary traditional education for primary and secondary school students,Guide students to inherit revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,and use various subject curriculum textbooks as the main carrier for integrating red culture education.The "Textbook Guide" emphasizes the important role of revolutionary traditional education in primary school students from the perspectives of curriculum,textbooks,and classroom teaching,which is conducive to improving their ideological and moral realm,enhancing their personality cultivation,and also assisting in the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating moral character.Chinese is a key course in implementing revolutionary traditional education,and one of the important ways to tap into red resources,inherit red genes,inherit red culture,and promote red spirit.The revolutionary tradition includes themes such as the spirit of revolutionary struggle,patriotism,and the tradition of hard struggle.Strengthening the education of revolutionary tradition is also a part of strengthening the education of red culture.This study elaborates on the necessity of infiltrating red culture education in primary school Chinese language classroom teaching from three aspects: shaping students’ character,adapting to the development of the times,and inheriting red culture.It also explains the principles of infiltrating red culture education in primary school Chinese language classroom teaching from three aspects: internalization and externalization,multi-party collaboration,and linking with reality.It adopts literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods The interview method and other methods are used to understand the current situation of the infiltration of red culture education in primary school Chinese classroom teaching,including the awareness,goals,content,and methods of infiltration of red culture education among primary school Chinese teachers,as well as the learning and understanding of red culture among primary school students.After investigation,it was found that there are still the following problems in the implementation of red culture education in primary schools: the content and methods of red culture education infiltrated by Chinese language teachers in classroom teaching are singular,the goals of red culture education are limited,and the implementation form of red culture education is easy to be superficial;Pupils fail to deeply understand the connotation of red culture and lack a certain degree of empathy.In response to these issues,the author proposes the following strategic suggestions: strengthen school management,create a good atmosphere for Chinese language teachers to learn red culture,including improving Chinese language teachers’ understanding of red culture and strengthening their ability to penetrate red culture education;Carry out teaching research,promote teacher cooperation in exploring red culture education resources,and explore ways and methods of learning infiltration;Researching classroom teaching and seeking various ways to permeate red culture education,including in class reading teaching,extracurricular reading teaching,oral communication teaching,and writing teaching. |
