| The problem of excessive homework pressure of primary school students has attracted social attention,and the "double reduction" policy has responded to this in a timely manner.One of the important contents is to comprehensively reduce the total amount and duration of homework,and reduce the burden of heavy homework for students,it places higher requirements on homework design.How to improve the design quality of math homework and fundamentally reduce the burden on students is an urgent problem to be solved.This research mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,taking three primary schools in Ganzhou City as an example to investigate the status quo of math homework design for senior grade of primary school.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with senior students and mathematics teachers in these three primary schools,we can gain an in-depth understanding of the reality of four aspects of math homework design in the upper grade of primary school: basic knowledge,mathematical thinking,problem solving,and emotional attitude.Based on the actual situation,analyze the existing problems and reasons,so as to propose improvement strategies,hoping to help improve the quality of math homework design and achieve burden reduction and efficiency enhancement.Through investigation and analysis,the author found that the main problems in the math homework design for senior grade of primary school in Ganzhou City are: poor assignments to consolidate basic knowledge,lack of types of homework to develop mathematical thinking,single type of problem-solving homework and the emotional attitude is insufficient.Regarding the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons for these problems from the perspective of teachers,schools and society mainly as follows: teachers’ homework design actions lag behind their thoughts,the awareness of taking students as the main body is not strong,teachers’ homework concept are outdated,the school’s homework system is not systematic,the performance-oriented educational evaluation mechanism,the social environment exerts pressure on teachers,and widespread social anxiety.On the basis of investigation and analysis,guided by the principle of purpose,situation,practice,development and difference,the author proposes improvement strategies for the math homework design in the upper grade of primary school: first,improve the homework of consolidating basic knowledge,including designing concept analysis-type homework,designing estimating-type homework,and designing multidisciplinary fusion-type homework;the second is to design the homework of developing mathematical thinking assignments,including the design of multi-solution assignments for one question,and the design of combination of numbers and shapes;the third is to enrich the assignment types that improve problem-solving ability,including the design of hands-on practice assignments,the design of cooperative assignments,and the design of experimental research;the fourth is to focus on the cultivation of mathematics emotional attitude,including designing reading-type homework on the history of mathematics,designing hierarchical homework,and giving teachers time to design homework. |
