Homework,as a special educational activity,is an indispensable and important part of the teaching process.The quality of homework directly affects the teaching effect,and also indirectly has an important impact on the achievement of curriculum objectives and the realization of quality education.Effective homework can not only help students consolidate their knowledge,improve their ability and develop good learning habits,but also help teachers detect teaching effects,accurately analyze learning situations and improve teaching methods.Under the influence of the new mathematics curriculum standard,teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ learning mode have changed positively,but homework has not received much attention relatively.In recent years,the government has issued many policies to reduce the burden on students,but the effect is not satisfactory in reality.One of the important reasons is the lack of research and guidance in the specific implementation of load reduction.Reducing the burden should not only reduce the number and difficulty of homework,but also assign homework suitable for each student’s learning level.Therefore,it is particularly important to design personalized hierarchical homework for students and carry out in-depth research on the hierarchical design of primary school mathematics homework.This study is divided into four parts for the hierarchical design of mathematics homework for senior primary school students.Firstly,using literature research combing the domestic and foreign literature about homework and layered homework,under the guidance of education theory to build the new way of job design,namely layered job design,and then to the elementary school higher grades mathematics homework hierarchical design of the core concepts and elaborates the related theory,and proposes the design value of the layered homework demands.Secondly,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate teachers and students in senior grades of H Primary School in Jinan city and L Primary School in Dezhou City to understand the real situation of multi-level homework design by mathematics teachers.And selection of text analysis to the design of a gleam of teachers of mathematics researches in layered homework,and found the following problems: the teachers’ understanding of mathematics layered homework co.,LTD.,teachers design the layered production and quality,and the insufficient enough,weak pertinence of layered homework,the teacher of the hierarchy of simple random,stratified homework feedback and implementation effect is poor.Thirdly,the author combined with the experience of school practice,to reflect on the existing problems attribution.Influenced by the traditional exam-oriented education concept,the unified and one-size-fits-all operation is still dominant even if the hierarchical operation is designed.At ordinary times,teachers lack of attention to the differences between students and lack of operable hierarchical design schemes.Based on this,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to break the traditional thinking pattern of unified homework assignment and formulate operational hierarchical homework design scheme.Finally,the overall scheme and strategy of hierarchical job design are discussed,and corresponding job cases are designed according to the scheme.Through the research of this thesis,I hope to provide useful help and reference for the design of hierarchical mathematics homework for senior primary school. |
