At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that labor education should be incorporated into the requirements of socialist builders and successors,put forward the overall requirements of "morality,intellectual,physical and labor",and emphasized that it is necessary to promote the spirit of labor among students,education Guide students to advocate labor and respect.With the continuous deepening of the reform of ordinary high school education in the new era,labor education has returned to an important position of quality education again.At present,there are still some problems in labor education in high school students,which shows that students are unwilling to work,do not love labor,and do not cherish the results of labor.In the new era,my country’s economic and social development has entered the "new normal".It is necessary to continue to carry forward the spirit of labor and hard work of hard work,hard work,hard work,and hard work.Therefore,the optimization path of labor education and teaching in high school ideological and political courses has certain practical significance.To begin,this paper emphasizes the practical importance of carrying out labor education teaching in senior high school ideological and political class,based on the Marxist concept of labor education,the concept of labor education in Chinese excellent traditional culture,and the practical education method of ideological and political education.This is mostly evident in supporting high school students in developing a correct labor idea,cultivating labor skills and spirit,and improving their labor quality.The current state of labor education and instruction in ideological and political classes in senior high schools is then highlighted using methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview,which are based on gathering,sorting,and evaluating data.It focuses on four issues that exist in current high school ideological and political course labor education teaching: teaching subject awareness of labor education teaching is not strong,labor teaching resources are not deeply explored,teaching methods are rigid,and teaching evaluation is unscientific.Traditional concepts and exam-oriented education have a negative impact on these issues,as well as a lack of development in teaching materials,insufficient innovation in teaching methods,and an ineffective teaching assessment system.Based on the foregoing analysis,this study proposes a way for optimizing labor education teaching in senior high school ideological and political courses,starting with raising subject awareness,expanding teaching resources,using innovative teaching techniques,and polishing teaching.Carrying out labor education and teaching in high school ideological and political classes,and proposed that optimization paths can make high school students have a clearer understanding of the concept of labor,thereby improving their awareness of labor,making them correct labor values.The content of its curriculum enables the teaching methods of high school ideological and political courses to innovate,and promote the teaching goals of ideological and political curriculum.
