The Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion Governance In Hunan Province Under The Background Of Big Data

In recent years,with the wide application of the new generation of information technology,the amount of Internet data has exploded,and the human society has entered the era of big data,bringing a new change to the governance of online public opinion.On the one hand,the mass,rapidity,diversity and low value density of data have increased the complexity of online public opinion governance.On the other hand,these characteristics of big data also provide a new idea for the discovery,research and judgment,and response of online public opinion.It is of great significance to explore the development trend of network public opinion under the background of big data and further improve the application level of big data technology in netwo rk public opinion governance.This paper first briefly describes the current situation and characteristics of network public opinion governance in Hunan province,and proposes the challenges and opportunities brought by big data for Hunan’s network public opinion governance.Through the comparative analysis of the positive and negative typical cases,the paper further discusses the new problems that the network public opinion management of Hunan province is facing under the background of big data,analyzes the causes of the problems,proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve and enhance the level of network public opinion management of Hunan province,and finally provides the reference to the network public opinion management of Hunan province under the new situation.The paper combines network governance theory,topic setting theory with crisis life cycle theory,and chooses the network public opinion governance in Hunan province to carry out directional research.This is not only a beneficial supplement to the research results of this kind of topic,but also a positive exploration to further improve the relevant theories.The author believes that the application level of big data in the management of network public opinion in Hunan province needs to be improved,and there are many problems in the discovery,research and judgment of network public opinion in Hunan province.This paper proposes path suggestions from the governance thought,governance system,technology application,law construction,governance model and other aspects to improve network public opinion governance level in Hunan province.In terms of governance thought,we should actively cultivate the th ought of big data governance;In terms of governance system,we should improve the i nformation disclosure system,and strengthen the construction of discourse power and the ability to set topics;In the application of big data technology,the problem of "information island" should be solved,and the ability to collect,mine and analyze bi g data should be improved.In terms of legal protection,data sharing and opening should be strengthened,while data security should be strengthened;In terms of governance mode,it is necessary to explore and construct the multi-subject collaborative governance mode led by the government.
