At the beginning of 2020,coVID-19 has broken out in many parts of the country.After the outbreak of coVID-19,all regions resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the central government,and promptly launched a joint prevention and control mechanism,launching a full-scale battle against the epidemic.In order to stop the spread of the epidemic to the campus and ensure the safety and health of teachers and students,the Ministry of Education urged the "suspension of classes without suspension".During this period,265 million students generally turnrned to online courses.It was in this context that online education was carried out in full swing.This paper intends to use the method of emotion analysis to obtain effective information from a large number of online public opinion data,complete the quantitative research on the public’s satisfaction with online education,and provide Suggestions for the construction of online education.It is of great significance to enhance the goodwill of the masses,clarify the key points of online education construction in the future,and promote the construction process of online education.First,this paper divides online education into online courses,online platforms,online resources and online technologies.Then,the technical means of crawler is adopted to collect the original microblog text and microblog comment data of these dimensions.The technical means of emotion analysis are adopted to analyze the public’s emotional tendency towards them in different dimensions.Finally,through the method of text analysis,representative texts are found out from the negative comments and the reasons for the public’s negative emotions towards online education are analyzed.Based on the analysis of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn:First,the general emotional tendency of the public towards online education is not very optimistic.The general emotional tendency towards online education is mainly negative,with the proportion of negative emotion being 48.95%.Second the sensitive topic of public concern is poor communication and interaction.Students have serious vision problems;Students’ poor self-learning ability and lack of self-consciousness lead to low learning efficiency;The lack of Internet and equipment makes online education difficult for poor families;There is a "one size fits all" problem with online education.Thirdly,the public has a positive attitude towards online education courses,and their emotional tendency is mainly positive.Fourthly,the immaturity of online education technology and online education platform seriously affects the quality of online education and public satisfaction.
