In recent years,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s economy has achieved quickly development,and the people’s living standard has risen year by year,and the people’s requirements for the quality of early childhood education are getting higher and higher.The demand is growing,mainly reflected in the growing demand for high-end kindergartens and high-quality teacher resources,and there is a shortage of supply.Therefore,it leads to more intense competition among early childhood education industries.Teachers’ strength is the core competitiveness of early childhood education institutions.In order to build an excellent team of teachers in early childhood education institutions,we need to have a teacher performance evaluation scheme suitable for our own actual situation.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal scheme can not only effectively mobilize teachers’ work initiative and enthusiasm,further encourage and guide preschool teachers to continuously improve their professional quality and ability,but also promote the core competitiveness and healthy and rapid development of kindergartens.Therefore,research and exploration on how to improve the performance appraisal scheme of preschool teachers will play a positive role in improving teachers’ working ability and level,enhancing the brand influence of preschool education institutions,and promoting the healthy and rapid development of preschool education institutions.Therefore,it is of some practical significance to study the improvement of TX kindergarten performance appraisal scheme.This paper takes TX kindergarten teachers as the research object.Based on the basic theory of performance appraisal,using questionnaires,expert interviews and other methods,it finds that there are five main problems in the performance appraisal of the kindergarten,including incomplete performance appraisal indicators,unreasonable weight settings of performance appraisal indicators,performance appraisal standards that do not conform to the actual situation of the kindergarten,insufficient systematic and diverse performance appraisal methods,and unsatisfactory application effect of performance appraisal results.In order to effectively improve the current performance appraisal scheme of TX Kindergarten,this paper explains the basis for improving the design of TX Kindergarten teachers’ performance appraisal index system.Through the combination of interview and expert opinion,we interviewed a large number of relevant personnel,obtained analysis data,and sorted out the first level and second level indicators of performance appraisal.In addition,the weight of performance appraisal indicators and the appraisal scale were designed by combining the sorting method with the Delphi method,and the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme and the determination of the results were fully demonstrated through examples.Finally,an effective teacher performance appraisal scheme was designed that was in line with the actual situation of the kindergarten.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the TX kindergarten teachers’performance appraisal improvement program,this paper specifically proposes three safeguards for the implementation of the TX kindergarten teachers’ performance appraisal program.Through the research of this paper,it has a certain positive effect on improving the performance appraisal level of TX kindergarten teachers,improving the enthusiasm of teachers,and promoting the rapid and good development of kindergartens.
