With the deepening of China's vocational education system reform,the reform of the performance of State Administration and institutions,and the production and talent strategy of "made in China 2025" and the cultivation of craftsman talents,It makes higher vocational colleges put forward higher requirements for teachers.Teacher is the main body of school education,and is the most precious resource and core competitive power of a college.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a set of teacher incentive system that matches the strategic development plan of Higher Vocational Colleges and gives full play to the incentive system of performance appraisal system.This paper introduces the foreign colleges incentive system,incentive system development status of the domestic vocational colleges,analyzes the characteristics of incentive system in Higher Vocational Colleges and the problems,the theories of performance management in China and abroad were studied.Secondly,introduce SW Vocational Technical College;including the existing performance management system,the author from the SW Vocational Technical College status,personnel structure,from two aspects of theory and practice of the existing performance appraisal system for the analysis of advantages and disadvantages.Then,SW Vocational Technical College's assessment model and performance allocation principle are re established.According to the specific circumstances of the college,a set of performance management system suitable for the development of SW Vocational Technical College has been developed.The process of research,this paper adopts the comparative study method and questionnaire,the college faculty SW Vocational Technical College performance management system views do research,collect opinions and suggestions of the teaching staff.According to SW Vocational Technical College management mode is not scientific and reasonable,the evaluation subject is not appropriate,salary distribution is not scientific,is proposed by combining post assessment,performance assessment and scientific assessment of the performance management system.Post assessment is the foundation to ensure the three basic functions of teaching,research and serving the society.Performance evaluation is the driving force.Through quantitative assessment of performance,it can improve the enthusiasm of teachers' teaching and research,and urge teachers to produce more results and produce good results.Scientific research evaluation in higher vocational colleges is the new content of the examination,the higher vocational colleges is to cultivate occupation technology as the focus,the scientific research level and the content is relatively low,with the application of computing technology and artificial intelligence technology,field occupation has also undergone a rapid change,technology change research has become a major method of training talents to adapt to changes in higher vocational education college teachers should gradually attracted the attention of colleges.The purpose of this paper is to target the development strategy with the SW Vocational Technical College,to build a more scientific and operable,teacher evaluation management system more effective,in order to improve the level of teachers' performance management,improve the ability of teaching and scientific research institute.It is of practical significance to use several effective assessment methods in the process of research.
