With the the comprehensive implementation of the national institutions pay for performance on January 1, 2010, more and more vocational colleges began to emphasize and do research on implementation of performance assessment under the influence of performance-paying reform. After several years, however, many vocational colleges have emerged a lot of problems about the performance assessment practice.This paper is to study the performance assessment for JG Career Academy, aiming at building a scientific and effective performance assessment system for the college based on refinement and improvement on the existing performance assessment practice. By soaking up research and analysis of domestic and international theory, as well as analysis of the status of implementation of the existing performance assessment on the field, using MBO, KPI law, 360-degree assessment method and the Delphi method to build performance assessment system, depending on the assessment of the final object, the paper is supposed to exert motivational-theory knowledge expertly to get performance feedback and performance results, and finally achieve the promotion of faculty enthusiasm for work, improvement of efficiency, and the enhancement of the educational level of the goal.This article will take permanent staff, hiring staff, teachers, administrators, counselors are incorporated into the performance assessment system to ensure the fairness of performance assessment, comprehensiveness and integrity. Fully excavating and using the advantages of college and the proposal of developing the use of performance management information system can process and analyze data effectively, possessing the advantages of both saving time and improving efficiency. During the study, focusing on linking theory to practice, not only depending on a particular kind of informal theory, but also on the basis of full investigation and study analysis, we use a comprehensive performance evaluation using three methods and four incentive theory in order to highlight the applicability of this thesis features.Results of this study play a guiding role on the establishment, refinement and promotion of performance assessment system and work performance assessment of JG Career Academy, and have a definite reference value to other vocational colleges which are implementing similar work.
