| In recent years,the country's rapid economic development,rapid development of higher education.With the continuous adjustment of the national economic structure and the upgrading of Industries,the demand for talents has also put forward new requirements.Civilian-run vocational schools also ushered in the spring of Development.Under the good development background,private higher vocational colleges should actively speed up the transformation,strengthen the connotation construction,and continuously send talents to society for the purpose of improving the teaching quality.For Vocational Colleges,the efficiency of human resources utilization is directly related to the level of the construction of the school teaching staff and determines the quality of personnel training.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of vocational colleges and the performance appraisal system of vocational colleges.Improving the scientific performance appraisal system is not a rigid fixed system,but with the changes in the internal and external environment of the organization and constantly improve the development.K College is a private higher vocational school in Shandong Province.In recent years,the school has been carrying on the performance appraisal work,but the effect is not very ideal.As a Private Higher Vocational College,K College has two attributes of enterprise and institution.The consciousness of competition and pressure of faculty is relatively weak.Therefore,carrying out the performance appraisal work in K college will help teachers to improve their awareness of work and constantly improve their own quality and sense of competition.This article takes the performance appraisal system of k college as the research object,studies the related theories of performance appraisal seriously,and uses the questionnaire survey,qualitative and Quantitative analysis methods are used to analyze and to put forward optimized solutions to the problems,a new performance appraisal system based on the construction of teachers' ethics,Work Process,work performance and social service ability is set up to make up for the deficiencies in the current school performance appraisal,and has the model significance to other similar colleges and universities. |
