| Homework is a continuation of classroom teaching,but also an important means for teachers to improve teaching,put forward higher requirements for teachers’ homework design ability,exponential function is closely related to daily life,has a wide range of practical significance and application value.Studying the exponential function homework of teachers with different backgrounds is helpful to improve the quality of homework design,develop teachers’ homework design ability,and promote the formation of students’ literacy.Therefore,the research questions are determined as:(1)What is the current status of exponential function job design?(2)What is the influence of gender,teaching experience,professional title,teacher background,education and other demographic-related factors on the design of index function jobs?Understand the research status based on the above research questions and determine the research ideas.Firstly,the expert consultation method is used to establish the index framework of the index function operation design evaluation scale,so as to determine the first-level index,second-level index,and specific index interpretation.Secondly,using the content analysis method,combined with the characteristics of the index function,the specific scoring rules are formulated according to the evaluation scale,and the assignment design samples are scored,the achievement of the index function in various dimensions of the teaching goal is analyzed,and the current situation of the index function assignment design is explored.Finally,the statistical analysis method is used to explore the influence of different demographic factors of teachers on the design of exponential function homework,and the research conclusion is obtained.Research conclusions:(1)On the whole,the performance of teacher index function homework design in the dimension of "core literacy" is the best,and the performance of the "acquisition of four bases" dimension needs to be improved.Among them,the design of teachers’ index function homework has excellent performance in basic knowledge and basic skills,but its performance needs to be improved in the accumulation of basic ideas and basic activity experience.The performance is particularly prominent in the analytical and problem-solving dimension,while the performance in the problem finding and asking problems dimension is relatively poor.It performs well in logical reasoning,mathematical operations and intuitive imagination,but weakens in mathematical modeling.The situation is relatively outstanding in the combination of numbers and shapes,conversion and classification,while the performance in the general strategy dimension is relatively poor.(2)Gender factors have no significant effect on the overall design of index function operations;The difference effect of academic factors on the overall influence was small,and the performance of graduate teachers was better than that of undergraduate teachers.The difference in the overall influence of teaching age factors was between medium effect and large effect,and the performance of teachers with 0-2 years of teaching experience was significantly weaker than that of other teachers of teaching age.The overall influence of title factors was between medium and large effects,and the performance of Level 3 teachers was weaker than that of other teachers.The overall influence of teacher background factors was between medium effect and large effect,and the performance of teachers with full-course teacher background was significantly better than that of half-course teacher background.Based on the research conclusions,it is proposed to make full use of the image of exponential function to deepen the idea of number shape combination;Create index scenarios to guide students to identify and ask questions;Strengthen the practice of exponential function application problems to improve mathematical modeling literacy;Set up a variety of exponential function assignments and pay attention to the cultivation of general strategies;For teachers with low titles or young novice teachers,focus on helping students obtain the "four basics" by designing effective exponential function assignments;For teachers with lower professional titles,focus on helping students develop the "four abilities" by designing effective exponential function assignments;For teachers with teaching experience,professional titles,low educational qualifications,and no full-course teacher background,focus on helping students improve their core literacy through effective index function assignment design. |
