As one of the key contents of junior high school,the knowledge of congruent triangle is an important foundation of geometry learning.Under the background of new curriculum reform,math homework design plays an important role in developing students’ core accomplishment and promoting their all-round development.Homework design can effectively change the defects of traditional random homework and large amount of homework,and respond to the requirements of curriculum reform.It has become a research hotspot of teachers and educators.Teachers are the main body of homework design,in order to explore the status quo of teachers’ uniform triangle homework design and the influence of background factors.This study mainly addresses the following questions:(1)What is the status quo of the homework design of the congruential triangle?(2)What are the differences of teachers with different teaching age,professional title,normal background,educational background and school type in uniform triangle assignment design?Firstly,literature analysis was used to sort out the current situation of homework design research and homework triangle research,and the index framework was compiled and the questionnaire was designed by referring to "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)" and related homework research.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to modify the index framework of the uniform triangle assignment design by consulting expert opinions,and the modified questionnaire was used to conduct a predictive test to test the reliability and validity of the research tool.Then,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the research objects.Finally,descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance were used to process and analyze the data,so as to understand the current research status of isotriangle assignment design and discuss the differences of isotriangle assignment design among teachers with different Demographic factors.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)most teachers’ homework design of congruent triangle is at an average level.Currently,teachers have some shortcomings in the design of homework types,homework objectives and homework structures of congruent triangle,and the design of homework levels and homework time of congruent triangle is reasonable.(2)On the whole,teachers with different teaching years,professional titles and school types have significant differences in the level of homework design of the congruent triangle,while teachers with different normal background and educational background have no significant differences in the level of homework design of the congruent triangle.The influence degree of teaching age and professional title on teachers’ uniform triangle homework design level is between medium effect and large effect.Teachers with 10-20 years of teaching age and senior titles have the most advantage in uniform triangle homework design,and the influence of school type on teachers’ uniform triangle homework design level is above large effect.Teachers in urban middle schools are significantly better than teachers in township schools.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward for the uniform triangle homework design:(1)Design reading and appreciation homework around the concept of uniform triangle to improve students’ interest in learning.(2)Designing hands-on homework around the properties of congruent triangle to develop students’ application awareness.(3)Designing comprehensive practical homework around the decision theorem of congruent triangle to cultivate students’ diverse ability.(4)Design the homework objective of congruent triangle with the guidance of "four bases","four abilities" and emotional attitude values.(5)Design the work structure around the knowledge frame of the congruent triangle.The following suggestions are put forward to improve teachers’ ability of homework design:(1)carry out training of homework design and impart experience of homework design;(2)strengthen communication between urban and rural areas and narrow the differences between schools.(3)Strengthen the cultivation of homework design ability in teacher education.
