Economic development and progress push forward the education reform whose starting point and foothold focus on students, In fact, the requirement of education reform is exploring how to cultivate a good person. Marxism believes that our education is in order to cultivate comprehensive and free developed persons. Along with our deep attention on the people, the development of people’s role become more important.The development of the students question ability is one of the important performance of the students’main role. However, on the surface, we pay more and more attention on the students’question ability, but in the actual teaching process, the result is not satisfied. Ideological and political discipline is an important component of the high school curriculum structure, which did not play the corresponding role in the classroom due to the influence of various aspects, students’ loss of the ability of asking questions also is the beginning and the end of the bad political lesson effect. Therefore, understanding the present questions of the students in the ideological and politicaland clear the ability of asking question of students.Beaides, to put forward some effective strategies advances in view of theideological and politicalteaching is of great significance.This article researches the reasons which influent the improvement of students’ ablity of asking questions and measures which can improve their such ablity based on the direction of the current education reform and development in the collection and analysis of research status quo of students’ ability of asking questions. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the article, including the research background and research significance, research review, research methods and ideas as well as the innovation and difficulties of the subject; The second part is theoretical overview, including theoretical basis, the relevant concepts, the characteristics and meaning of the high schoolideological and politicalteaching of middle school students to ask questions; The third part is the problems existing in the high schoolideological and politicalteaching of middle school students’ questions; The fourth part is the influence factors of high schoolideological and politicalteaching of middle school students of asking questions, including environmental factors, namely the education environment, the influence of the classroom environment and academic environment; Teachers’ factors, namely the teachers ideas, knowledge level, the influence of the teacher’s teaching behavior; Students factors, namely the students’ personality, students’ cognitive level, the influence of the students’initiation. The fifth part is the strategies that high school ideological and political teachers,How to train students’ ability of asking questions, including creating the freedom in the classroom, attaching great importance to teachers ’leading role and students’ initiation.
