| With the rapid development of economic globalization and cultural diversity,some outstanding ethnic minority cultures have been influenced to some extent.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the inheritance and development of ethnic culture has been highly valued by all sectors of society.Education,as an important way of cultural transmission,should take up its responsibilities and missions.Preschool education is the beginning of the entire education system,and early childhood is a key stage of one’s cultural enlightenment and consciousness emergence.As an important implicit course,the environment has a very important educational function.Therefore,kindergartens in ethnic are as integrate their own ethnic culture into the kindergarten environment,which is conducive to cultivating children’s sense of cultural identity,enhancing cultural consciousness,laying a solid foundation for forging a strong sense of national community,and realizing the inheritance and development of national culture in the new generation.This study used a case study and selected kindergarten A in L city as the study population,collects research data by literature method,interview method,observation method and physical analysis method,investigates the current situation of Kindergarten A using Tujia culture for environmental creation,analyzes the problems and causes,and finally propose optimization strategies.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for Kindergarten A and similar kindergartens to integrate ethnic culture into their environmental creation.Firstly,this study compares the research results on the integration of Tujia culture into kindergarten environment creation,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of these results and the implications of this study.At the same time,this study explains and defines the core concepts of Tujia culture and kindergarten environment creation.It also explains the implications of the theory of cultural self-awareness and the theory of human development ecology for the integration of Tujia culture into kindergarten environment creation.Secondly,this study investigated Kindergarten A in the field,comprehensively used the interview method,observation method and physical analysis method to investigate the actual situation and problems of environmental creation using Tujia culture in the kindergarten,and conducted in-depth analysis from four aspects: goal setting,content selection,organization and implementation,and management evaluation.It is found that Kindergarten A has integrated Tujia culture into the creation of the kindergarten environment according to local conditions,and makes full use of Tujia craft culture,clothing culture,architectural culture,etc.to create a strong atmosphere of Tujia characteristic kindergarten,which lays a solid foundation for the construction of kindergarten curriculum.However,in practice,there are still problems such as unclear goal setting,one-sided content selection,lack of science in organization and implementation,and inadequate management evaluation.Firstly,this study compares the research results on the integration of Tujia culture into kindergarten environment creation,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of these results and the implications of this study.At the same time,this study explains and defines the core concepts of Tujia culture and kindergarten environment creation.It also explains the implications of the theory of cultural self-awareness and the theory of human development ecology for the integration of Tujia culture into kindergarten environment creation.Finally,based on the findings of the current situation,the analysis of problems and factors,this study proposes the following optimization strategies.The social level should create a strong atmosphere for the inheritance of Tujia culture: strengthen the cooperation of the homeland community to create a synergistic cultural environment;use the mass media to strengthen the positive guidance of Tujia cultural inheritance.The policy and system level need to increase implementation and support: refine policy requirements and strengthen implementation guidance;set up special funds to increase financial investment.The kindergarten level should improve the guarantee system:increase the professional training of teachers;improve the diversified management and evaluation mechanism.The teacher level need to improve the professionalism of the creation of Tujia cultural environment: establish the professional concept of child-oriented;strengthen the learning of cultural and theoretical knowledge;focus on the cultivation of professional ability. |
