| The professional ability of kindergarten teachers must include the ability of creating kindergarten environment.Kindergarten environment is the third teacher for children,which embodies educational concept and undertakes educational function.So,how to create kindergarten environment under the guidance of experts?What are the problems with this process?Therefore,this research will take X kindergarten as an example,mainly uses the observation method,the interview method,carries on the observation record and the arrangement analysis to the whole process led by the expert,discovers the achievement and the existence question which the expert leads the kindergarten environment creation.And for storage.Give some preliminary suggestions about the problem.The research shows that the establishment of kindergarten environment under the guidance of experts has achieved certain results.On the one hand,teachers can better understand the concept based on children,which is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;on the other hand,it is reflected in teachers’ ability to create outdoor environment and create indoor environment.The ability to deliver game materials has been improved by trying to give the outdoor space back to the children,planning the area based on the children’s perspective,and providing the game materials in combination with the goals of the activities.However,there are still many problems in leading experts themselves.One is the lack of sustainability of expert leadership,the short time of teaching and research;the other is the lack of self-reflection ability of kindergarten teachers and excessive dependence on experts.In view of these problems,this study has put forward the preliminary suggestions:to the teacher’s suggestion,should pay attention to the self-evaluation and the reflection;to the expert’s suggestion,should actively go deep into the kindergarten to carry on the expert guidance;to the teaching and research department’s suggestion,Combing the region and possible resources of outside experts,at the same time fully mobilize the enthusiasm of kindergartens. |
