| With the promotion of education reform and the release of relevant policies and documents,the status of labor education in the education system is increasingly valued.Schools at all levels have begun to carry out labor education courses.The primary school stage is the most basic stage of learning,which is a key point to implement moral education,cultivating people and teaching.And it is a critical stage to enrich students’ personal growth by implementing of labor education courses.However,looking at the implementation of the labor education course in elementary schools,many problems need to be solved urgently.Based on the research and practical experience of labor education curriculums at home and abroad,this article conducts research and analysis of the implementation status of labor education curriculums in the four counties of S County,finds out the disadvantages and causes in the teaching process,and adapts to strategies to optimize the implementation of the implementation of labor education courses,in order to fit the current educating concept and social development.With the help of the literature research law,questionnaire survey method,and interview method,the implementation status of the labor education curriculum in primary schools is investigated.First of all,the research background,purpose,significance and related domestic and foreign studies are introduced;and then explained the relevant concepts of labor education and the value manifestation of the value of labor education courses in elementary schools;And the four aspects of the course evaluation explore the implementation of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in the four counties of S County and analyze the problems and causes;finally,the implementation status of the labor education curriculum in the four counties of S counties is adapt to countermeasures.This article has deepened the theoretical cognition of labor education to a certain extent,implemented the implementation of the labor education courses of primary schools,and promoted the implementation of primary school labor education courses in a more scientific and systematic direction,and contributed to the reform of my country’s labor education curriculum.The thesis study found that there are the following problems in the implementation of the labor education curriculum in elementary school: first,there is a deviation in the awareness of the labor education curriculum;the other is that the content of the labor education course is uneven and lacks systematically;The evaluation system is not sound.Analysis of these problems,the main factors are: biased ideas,insufficient labor atmosphere;insufficient tapping of curriculum resources,lack of discipline integration in curriculum content;weak government support,incomplete regulatory system;the test-taking thinking and incomplete evaluation mechanism.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are given: in terms of educational concepts,establish correct labor education values;in terms of curriculum content,enrich the content of labor education courses;in terms of curriculum guarantee,improve the labor education curriculum guarantee mechanism;Evaluation System.Let’s alleviate the current situation of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in primary school. |
