Using literature, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and experimental methods,24 physical education college entrance examination students from the No.3 Middle School in Zizhong County were selected as experimental subjects, and three different load squats were used as activation methods to test the triple jump results at different recovery times, and the appropriate load and recovery time of the enhancement effect after activation of sports college entrance examination students were explored,so as to provide certain theoretical and practical references for improving the performance of sports college entrance examination candidates, enriching coach training methods, and developing grassroots athletics. The experimental subjects were randomly divided into experimental group A(40%1RM),experimental group B(60% 1RM),and experimental group C(80% 1RM),due to the limited number of experiments,8 people were randomly selected as the control group among 24 people, and there was no significant difference between the groups. Each group underwent activation of different intensities, and the standing triple jump test was performed before and 4,8,12 and 16 minutes after activation, and the results were as follows:(1)After 40%1RM squat activation,it was significantly improved compared with pretest at 4 minutes after recovery(P < 0.01);There were significant differences between 60%1RM and pre-test for 4 and 12 minutes(P < 0.05),and extremely significant differences between 60%1RM and pre-test for 8 minutes(P <0.01).There was significant difference between 80%1RM and pre-test for 8 minutes(P< 0.05),and extremely significant difference between 80%1RM and pre-test for 12minutes(P < 0.01).(2)40%1RM was used, and the results of 4 minutes recovery were the best, and there were significant differences compared with 8,12 and 16 minutes(P< 0.05);When 60%1RM was used, the performance of 8 minutes was the best, and there were significant differences compared with 4 minutes and 12 minutes(P < 0.05),but there were extremely significant differences compared with 16 minutes(P < 0.01).When 80%1RM was used, the results of recovery 12 minutes were the best, which showed a significant difference compared with those of 4 and 16 minutes(P < 0.01).The results of recovery 4 minutes showed a decrease, which showed a significant difference compared with those of recovery 8 and 16 minutes(P < 0.05).(3)After 4minutes of recovery,40%1RM was the best, but there was no significant difference among all groups(P > 0.05);After 8 minutes of recovery,60%1RM had the best score, which was significantly different from the control group and 40%1RM(P < 0.05).After12 minutes of recovery,80%1RM had the best performance, which was significantly different from the control group,40%1RM and 60%1RM(P < 0.05).After 16 minutes of recovery,80%1RM was the best, but there was no significant difference among all groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Physical education college entrance examination students using three loads of squats can produce enhanced post-activation effect, which can improve the standing triple jump score within a certain time range, the greater the activation load, the later the enhancement effect appears, and the longer the duration.(2)The triple jump score of physical education college entrance examination students is positively correlated with the load(40~80% 1RM),and in general, the performance improvement after activation,80% 1RM has the best results,60% 1RM results are the second,and40% 1RM results are the worst.(3)The post-activation enhancement effect produced by the three load squats was closely related to the recovery time, and when the recovery was 4 minutes, the best result was 40% 1RM,while the 80% 1RM performance decreased; When recovering for 8 minutes,60% 1RM was used to achieve the best results,40% 1RM activation effect disappeared, and the results declined; After 12 minutes and 16 minutes of recovery, the results were 80% 1RM best, and the 60% 1RM score was not significantly improved, and the activation effect gradually disappeared. |
