In recent years,the post-activation potentiation and dynamic stretching in the pre-competition preparation activities have been favored by scholars and related practitioners.This paper adopts the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method on the basis of the current related research.Combined with the actual application scenarios,10 college entrance examination students were recruited to undergo post-activation potentiation intervention,dynamic stretching intervention and combined intervention in different stages,and they performed three-level standing exercises before and immediately after the intervention,4 minutes,8 minutes and 12 minutes.The long jump test explores the effect of dynamic stretching and post-activation potentiation on the standing triple jump,aiming to provide scientific advice for the preparation of the standing triple jump for sports college students.Resultst:(1)Immediately after the stimulation of two consecutive tuck jump for 5times,the standing triple jump performance was significantly lower than that before the intervention.,and the standing triple jump scores at the 4th and 8th minutes were significantly higher than those before the intervention.There was no significant difference between the minutes and before the intervention,and the peak performance appeared at the 4th minute;(2)the pre-competition preparation activities were added to the rapid dynamic stretching intervention between runs,and the standing still immediately after the intervention,the 4th minute and the 8th minute.The triple jump performance improved significantly.(3)After the combined rapid dynamic stretching between marches and the two groups of tuck jump for 5 times,the standing triple jump performance was significantly reduced immediately after the intervention,and significantly decreased at the4 th,8th and 12 th minutes.higher than before the intervention,where peak performance occurred at the 8th minute.Conclution:Studies believe that:(1)Tuck jump exercises can induce post-activation potentiation to improve the performence of standing triple jump.(2)Short-term,fast dynamic stretching can effectively improve the standing triple jump performance.(3)Tuck jumping exercises after dynamic stretching can improve the performence of standing triple jump and produce positive effects for a longer time. |
