Sprint is a typical sport dominated by rapid strength,and drop-jump training is often used in sports training as an effective means to improve the rapid strength of athletes’ lower limbs,after the post-activation,the enhancement effect is an objective physiological phenomenon,which makes the athlete’s lower limbs rapid strength get obvious promotion in a certain period of time.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the drop-jump training methods of Drop-high-jump and Drop-long-jump on the rapid power of the lower limbs in the horizontal direction of the sprinter.Taking drop-jump training as the breakthrough point of research,around the objective physiological phenomenon of post-activation potentiation,this paper compares the changes of Drop-high-jump(Vertical Direction)and Drop-long-jump(Horizontal Direction)in the horizontal direction of the sprinter’s lower-limb rapid strength.Therefore,this study will enrich the training concept of Sprinter’s lower limb rapid strength during special training,so as to apply it to the actual training and improve the training effect.This research mainly uses the experimental method,through the correlation test index data comparison and the analysis,obtains the following conclusion:(1)The combination of Drop-long-jump training,landing height of 30 cm,10% body weight and 8 minutes interval is the best intervention way to improve the maximum strength,pedal off speed and average power;The combination of Drop-long-jump,30 cm landing height,10% body weight and 4 minutes interval is the best intervention way to develop the maximum strength development rate.(2)Both the drop-jump can increase the maximum power,average power,max-strength development rate and push-off speed in the horizontal direction,compared with the Drop-high-jump,the practice of Drop-long-jump is superior to the improvement of the related indexes of the horizontal direction,which are mainly shown in the the maxi-strength development rate.(3)After the Drop-long-jump practice,the maxi-strength value,the maxi-strength development rate,the average power,the push-off speed the four force table indexes,the maximal enhancement degree of the post-activation effect is bigger than the Drop-high-jump practice;the time of the best post-activation potentiation appeared after the Drop-long-jump was earlier than that of the Drop-high-jump,and the two kinds of drop-jump exercises had no acute enhancement on the reaction time.(4)Both of the two kinds of drop-jump exercises can improve the sprint performance of 10 meters and 30 meters,but compared with the Drop-high-jump Group,the intervention effect of the Drop-long-jump Group is better;Both the Drop-high-jump and Drop-long-jump showed the best post-activation effect at 8minutes about the maximum increase of the 10-meter and 30-mete,but Drop-long-jump was larger than that of the Drop-high-jump.
